“From the word GO this company was a 5⭐️. Website easy to book. Check-in was a breeze with a Front Desk and Reservations crew who were knowledgeable and helpful. Easy parking, bathroom facilities (important after a long boat rental!). We were a large party, 6 adults, 5 kids. The Pontoon Boat was new, clean and extremely comfortable. Many thanks to Dockmaster/Captain Patrick for his help in getting us safely into the beautiful Blue Water of Destin. Recommend without reservation!”

“Coti really took care of me and treated me the way I appreciated being treated. Being married to a military officer didn’t hurt any either. We had a lot in common so buying from him made the process go smoothly. I’m loving the Tundra. It’s my second one. My first one was a 2000 from Sattelite beach Florida. Drove it for 250000 miles so if this one lasts that long it will probably outlast me. This Tundra has a huge set of balls when it comes alive stepping on the gas. Love the power and it’s thanks to Coti because I thought I would never get a hybrid. I guess I’m never too old to learn. You guys are the best people ever IMHO. PS it just fits into my garage with 2 inches to spare.”

“The people were so helpful and the vehicle so nice and roomy. The only negative of the whole experience was that I got the vehicle with only 2.5 gallons in it, so I had to find a gas station pretty quickly. Other than that things went smoothly and would use them again.”

“I reserved a Ford van to shuttle the guests for our daughter's wedding from two local motels to the beach for the service and back to the VRBO for the reception. A few days before the wedding, Eddie upgraded us to a Mercedes Sprinter when he learned we had elderly guests who would find that an easier experience...at no extra charge. The wedding day was blessed by the imminent arrival of Tropical Storm or Hurricane or Whatever-he-was Nate...the 5:00 p.m. ceremony was moved up two hours to 3:00 p.m., in order that guests could catch flights that had been changed or would be cancelled due to the storm. I contacted Eddie to see if a two hour earlier time frame was even possible and he immediately set my concerns to rest. The limo was there on time, everyone made it to the ceremony and the driver, Jay, was extremely polite and professional...and drove through the rising storm later in the evening to return our guests safely to their hotels. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of D'Luxe Limo. Outstanding customer service does still exist. Thank you to Eddie and Jay. You guys rock.”

“This location was my saving grace during a morning of panic. I had two ghost reservations at two different PCB locations. Ghost meaning I had confirmed reservations but when I showed up… they had no available cars on site to rent out…. Extremely frustrating.
I had to plead with customer service to verify this location actually had vehicles before coughing up $ to uber here from Panama City Beach.
Despite that, quick and efficient service here. Got me in a car within 10 mins of showing up and it was in great condition.
Skeptical to rely on Enterprise again but this location delivered the expected standard.”

“I am super impressed by the wonderful customer service I received from Kimberley at the Destin-Fort Walton airport. I had just gone through TSA ID checkpoint and was about to head over to security when I received a phone call from Kimberley identifying an item I had left in my rental car. Now mind you, it wasn’t a high value item and could easily have been replaced, but was an inconvenience to have left behind. Kimberley asked me where I was, said she would bring the item to me, told me what she was wearing, and asked what I was wearing so she could find me. Now, if you’ve ever been to this airport, Concourse C is not connected to any other part of the airport and is not a short walk from anywhere- especially the rental car hub and is an outside walk…not indoors. But this kind lady, in the Florida heat and 1000% humidity walked my item all the way over to me, handed it to me with a smile, and refused a tip. I’ve left items- sunglasses, charging cords, etc.- in rental cars before, but not once have they called me to come back for it or, much less, offer to bring my item on a 1/2 mile hike. I’ve just counted it as a loss! I am so grateful for that kind of customer service and kindness from anyone in this day and age. Thank you so much, Ms. Kimberley! You are a rock star!”

“Christin and the entire staff have treated me wonderfully. I initially left a negative review, but after gaining a better understanding of the high volume of customers they handle and seeing how well they manage everything, I can honestly say they treated me outstandingly.
I would recommend this Hertz location over Enterprise any day. The vehicles here are definitely better, and the customer service made me and my wife feel like top-tier customers.
