“This is a well managed location and even though it is always busy they hustle to get everyone in and out with a smile on their face. Zaye, Alex, Monica, and the rest of the team work well as a group and keep things moving even when it’s hectic. They have a good selection of cars and work to get what I need if it’s not immediately available on site. If there ever is an issue, they move quickly to resolve and go above and beyond to do so.

From the pickup service that was offered by their driver Jeff, to the amazing service from the management team, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I got the vehicle I requested, wait time was not long at all, and the gas tank was full. I needed an extension and Tiwan (hopefully I got his name correct) was able to assist me with no hassle. What more can I ask for ?

The price was competitive, and a vehicle was in brand new condition. I highly recommend the location off of Highway 301 and Adamo Drive in east Tampa, just outside of Brandon.”

They try to be as understanding as they can be under the circumstances. I understand that because there are a smaller location, they can't control the vehicles that they receive. But if they don't have any, at least they try to recommend other places even if it's not with their own company. I have been a customer that has not received a vehicle when I get there. And yes I understand that I am not the only customer in the world. That people may have reserved way before me.
I think we are lucky to have a location in Brandon where we can park our cars days at a time.”
