“Although the Plant City Staples store looks a good bit older than the one we had in Brandon, it is not any longer a drive for me in Valrico than it was to the Brandon store. And the P C store seems to have what I need, & I still get credit for turning in my old ink cartridges for recycling. I was pleased to happen to go there when they had some nice luggage on special so I think I saved a fair amount on that, too!”

We went to UPS to drop off a package. After scanning, we realized it didn’t fit in the designated drop-off area. There was no one at the front desk, so we called out, and a young man came out looking very annoyed. I asked where I could leave the box — he didn’t greet me or even answer, just pointed to the counter. We asked if something was wrong or if he was upset, and he rudely replied that this is just how he is, that nothing’s wrong. We left and will never come back. As we were walking out, more people started arriving, and we could hear that he didn’t greet them either — just asked, “What do you need?” in the same unfriendly tone.”
“I sent my husband to return a few amazon items, and because it was all in one package, he did not realize that UPS had to scan all of the multiple codes I gave him. UPS was so understanding and helpful! Definitely coming back to this location from now on!”

“If anyone is wondering this place is an actual post office don’t bother calling the number no one is going to answer the phone just rings however you have to show up to this location around 9:00am to 10:00am to get help from a supervisor when you arrive it seems sketchy but it’s not just park and walk up to the doors of the post office and ring the bell you will be greeted by a nice man or woman and they will assist you with your mail”

“I’m am writing this review from in front of the Brandon store. I was assisted today by the African American female as referred to in a previous post and she confirmed it’s her after her great service and my inquiry. She was training a new employee and the transition was a smooth as butter as she walked him through the process and answered all of his questions and mine. I am new to sending packages so she assisted and made recommendations which were cost beneficial and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. Her name is Jessica by the way and she greets with a smile. Let’s gooooooooooo! And, yes I have an and…, 2 hrs later I noticed I made a mistake on the shipping address, I called and Jessica saved my hind parts. Thanks African American female.”

“Today I had a zipcode mixup that delayed my package for tomorrow. I went up to the adamo location for pickup. They said it was still on the truck. And they located the driver and got him to make a delivery to my home in 30 minutes from me leaving this location. I’m so thankful.”
