“Let's face it....same product and store. The differentiator is service level.
Blake was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, patient and polite. Had to send three letters to credit agencies, he explained all options which went via UPS and which via USPS. At the same time he was getting pulled to help with paper for the copier and a long line. He remained calm and efficient.
This store keeps its five stars as long as Blake is there!”

I will keep reducing the stars if the metered mail is not removed. I found out, that they do have ability to remove it.
I'm leaving a 5 star review because overall I have had good experiences there, and I don't want to lower the average rating due to something that can be rectified.
However, I would like to point out that this store does not have metered mail services.
Metered mail service is on their website, which I understand is controlled by corporate, is there a way for corporate to remove this service from the website, so no one else will waste their time going there.
I called before going to the store to make sure metered mail was actually offered there, but no one answered, so I assumed the website info was correct.
This was my first negative and hopefully only negative experience at the store.
I don't blame the employees or owner.
Just the false information provided by corporate on their website.
Please rectify the website info so that no one else comes in looking for meter mail services.”

“If you need to Fax anything, make sure you come here. Fraction of the cost of UPS or Fed Ex!! Crazy how much it saved me. I had 105 pages to fax, UPS wanted $262.50 and Fed Ex would have been $229.00. Post & Pack charged me $63.00. Just saying, it is worth the Drive even if it is 30-45 minutes.
Also the staff was great. They took the time to be sure all pages feed correctly as well as we're sent correctly.”

“I was hesitant to come do a return to this location since in a previous visit there was a strong mariguana smell from the outside door and all inside the store. Also a rude young girl with blue braids.
But since the store was on my way I stepped in. Well the smell is gone. The place was organized. And a polite man took my box. So I am very pleased with the changes.”
