“Due to the nationwide backlog in shipping, most shipments are slow or delayed. However, the way David from Estes final miles local agent handled business was very professional and he took it upon himself to fulfill a promised delivery schedule. Wow! When my shipment didn't make it to the truck's capacity for the day, David made a special trip to deliver our shipment. Our package was a very heavy and fragile pc workstation and David took extra care of it not to be damaged. That's beyond 5-star customer service. Thank you very much!”

“I stopped in Staples this morning to do a return to Amazon (since UPS now has a fee for this process) and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and courteous service provided to me. Even though this is a newer service for them to be offering (I think), the clerk that waited on me knew exactly what they were doing and explained the process as they went along. Everyone is the store seemed happy to see me and I even got a $10 off a $30 purchase coupon which I immediately used. The store is so nice, the employees are so nice and before I got home from my errands I had a text saying I refund was on its way so they obviously were handling the behind the scenes portion of the return with as much efficiency as they showed me. I love having this new option for returns!! Than you Staples for a great job!!”

“If anyone is wondering this place is an actual post office don’t bother calling the number no one is going to answer the phone just rings however you have to show up to this location around 9:00am to 10:00am to get help from a supervisor when you arrive it seems sketchy but it’s not just park and walk up to the doors of the post office and ring the bell you will be greeted by a nice man or woman and they will assist you with your mail”
“As I work long hours & dont have much free time, I arrived right before closing, totally stressed out, to ship a broken computer to be fixed... only to find out I needed to get more info from the company paying for it. After speaking with them I went back the next day, again right before closing, with less time & even more stressed out... only to find out that what they told me was incorrect & I still did not have the correct payment info. I dealt with the manager, Michelle both times. On the 2nd day, upon seeing my level of stress, she greatly helped me out by thinking outside the box (no pun intended) & I was able to ship it off. I now have my replacement PC, am able to continue the work that was held up and am very happy & grateful. Thanks, Michelle!”
