He upgraded her phone and then noticed an easy change to our plan that saves us over $20 a month. Even though we don’t live here, highly recommend the store and the service! I was helped by the store manager Josh on two occasions, and I was shocked at a) how good he is at his job, and b) how good his customer service is. He was prompt, knows the technical aspects better than any customer support I have ever seen. It was really a refreshing pleasure to walk in and receive such good service. My advice to corporate- take this guy, make him a regional manager, and have him teach all your customer service technicians what he knows. You are sitting on an employee goldmine.”
“Went there 2 days ago. Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. David was my rep but all the guys when they weren't with a customer made sure I was good. David found my free upgrade and got me started. While items were moving to my new phone he was able to take care of 2 other customers. While I was there all customers seemed satisfied as I was.
