We have purchased several appliances here including a Dacor refrigerator and induction cooktop. The service from entry into the shoppe, to sales, to delivery, and to installation have all been great. We prefer to shop locally, and as they honor internet pricing, this insures we continue to do so.

Give it a 5 star because of the salesman only. We bought a Kitchen Aid oven and there were 2 rounds of technical problems with the installation (It works fine now). Dexter Bassant was great. He was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in getting the installation process corrected. I highly recommend him
