“After driving my car to a neighbors house, the car wouldn't start. After a few phone calls telling me that they didn't work on my vehicle, I was recommended to Empire. I had the car towed there on Wednesday and the repair was done and i had the car back on Friday The problem with the car turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. They also performed diagnostics and suggested some additional service which included an air filter and a brake fluid flush. I was sent a written estimate and pictures. They were very through. I would definitely go back there if I required any service.”

I originally met him with his Auto Painting and Auto body repair business several years ago.. he did a perfect ? job then and the last two he did above and BEYOND what I would think was perfect ?. Listen he even drove my last vehicle and dropped it off for me. If you need your car to look better than new then do NOT go anywhere but to him. His shop is professional and reliable.. “- as you know finding a good body shop is nothing short of a miracle- but finding an amazing body shop is like finding a unicorn ???- wellllll i found the ? body shop >>> L and R body shop in lake hamilton!!!- richard and his team do amaaazzzing work - for them its their craft...art and they truly care about their customers- i am new to winter haven and had minor damage to my back passenger door from a flying object on the highway- i found L and R using google and their reviews were stellar- soooo i took my car in and i told richard how nervous i was...he smiled and said "dont worry - youre gonna love it"- when i saw my car...he was right...it was better than before the damage...no signs of the scratches and dents ...and the paint match was perfect- thank youuuuuuu L and R team!!!”

We recently just purchased two 2024 vehicles (in 2023), and our salesman Steve O. Barbour was simply amazing! He worked diligently with us on pricing, scheduled our purchase time to allow us to come in after work with kids in tow, took extra time to help us setup all of the fun new features in our vehicles and even had a few fun things for the kiddos. We LOVE our new vehicles and will absolutely be purchasing from Dyer Kia again!***Adding an update***One month after buying my new vehicle, a rock struck my windshield while on the highway and nicked the glass. I reached out to Steve O. Barbour about next steps and he connected me with a company that could replace my windshield with factory glass (not the cheap stuff most insurance companies use). I was distraught that my new vehicle, that I had barely made a payment on, already was damaged. But Steve O to the rescue and now I'm scheduled for a full factory windshield replacement for my beautiful new car!”
“Great place for picking up cheap tools. I wouldn’t recommend using any electrical multimeters from Harbor Freight or anything else that you are trusting your life with, but if you need an oddball tool that you don’t think you will use often enough to spend a lot of money on, then this is the place to find one at a good price. I also own a Jeep Wrangler that isn’t a mall crawler. I purchased the Apex 12000lb winch with the synthetic rope. You aren’t going to find a better winch at that price. Honestly their Badlands Apex winch is comparable to a Warn winch when comparing build quality. It is also one of the most aesthetically pleasing winches on the market. I have seen more expensive winches with less quality builds and more plastics. If you need a winch, the Badlands Apex winch is the only one you should have in your sights unless you like throwing money away.”
