“Got a flat on the interstate 1 hour away from home & stopped in at Mavis. Tom did everything he could to get me the lowest rate. Gestures like this really matter especially to me as an Army veteran. My city of Tampa was hit hard by Hurricane Milton so a new tire was not in my plans, but I’m grateful that companies like this have dedicated employees that care. Customer Service and speed was definitely a 10/10.”

“Tire Kingdom on 301 in Oxford 11-17-24.
I had a pre-service arranged appointment for 9 AM today. When the doors opened they were waiting and prepared for the service on my vehicle.
Dustin the mgr went over what was to be done: Taylor took my car and preformed requested tire, battery, wiperblade, service: Kaz preformed my alignment.
It was such a pleasure to visit a well staffed, clean service department, clean facility, with a well lighted functional sanitary restroom. My observation is "blue ribbon" accomplishments: topped off by thanking me for coming in (For my business) by every single one of these people. Such courtesy!
I have been a T K customer for sometime and today was a good reason to remain one.”

“I had a great experience here! From the moment I contacted them about replacing the Cue system screen on my Cadillac SRX, I received prompt and helpful responses. Scheduling was easy, and they provided an accurate wait time for my appointment. I appreciated the appointment reminders I received via phone and email, which were helpful without being excessive.
When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the waiting room and shop were both clean. They are a husband and wife team and so friendly. The area around the shop isn’t too populated, but I felt perfectly safe the entire time.
The mechanic brought the part out to show me exactly what was wrong, and he replaced it right in front of me. The whole process only took about 40 minutes! Plus, the repair came with a warranty, which they provided as well.

“Had brakes rotors and new calipers installed on my vehicle. As I left the business I encountered a mechanical problem. Eric immediately had my vehicle towed back to the shop, fixed the problem and had me back on the road.
By the way he ordered a brand new rim which was subsequently damaged.

“I'm new to Fruitland Park, Florida. I was referred to Michael's Auto Repair shop recently. Guess who you deal with? Michael himself. I've taken my vehicles to Michael three or four times, and each time, Michael gave me an honest assessment of what's wrong. I can tell. You know why? Recently, I took my wife's 2005 Toyota RAV4 in to Michael because there was a dull knocking sound at the rear of the car. Michael took a look and said I shouldn't worry. It wasn't serious, it was due to the age of the vehicle. Wow. I couldn't believe it. I know another shop would have said that I needed to change my rear shock absorbers and charged me $1,000 or more. It's so phenomenal to find honest auto repair technicians who put their clients before making money. Thank you Michael. You rock!”

“Recommended this place to an older woman (aunt) that lives 3,000 miles from me (based off reviews I read online). It was a relief to hear that she had a great experience! Owner met with her, began diagnosing her AC problem by installing a dye and filling it up. Only charged her $40 bucks. Honest. Tough to help someone out when you’re 3,000 miles away, luckily for me it sounds like this place is going to be honest and provide her with some quality work.”

“My Chevy Cruise was blowing grey smoke and losing power on acceleration. I took it to two other auto care shops. The first one ran diagnostics and prepared me a 5 page printout of 6 possible things that could be causing my problems. I paid $259.00 for this information and nothing was repaired. The second place, in Ocala, said that an Oxygen Sensor that I had replaced was faulty and suggested I replace it again, which I did for $160.00. The problems remained. I took my car to Doug at Napa Auto Care in Summerfield. He figured out what was wrong, repaired it, and I had my car back that afternoon, trouble free and running great.”

“Recently went back to driving my jeep that's been sitting for a hot minute as it's a jeep and had a host of problems. Anyways, took it to the mechanic in Oxford I've used over the years and he had it over a week to fix and charged me over $1000 and was still having the same issues. Stumbled upon this shop, they had almost all the issues resolved in a day. They actually listened to me and was able to confirm my suspicions and fix them. Took it back two more times for a couple more issues and my Jeep is driving almost like new!!!! Bonus is that they didn't break the bank!!!! I'm so excited and happy to have found this gem.”
