“The person who answered the phone at the Publix Pharmacy, Lisa, was exceptionally caring and understanding. I was calling for my adult daughter, as we both have medical anxiety, and she handled the call with so much patience and kindness. Excellent customer service and genuine compassion.”

“My experience with BJ optical in Lady Lake was fantastic. I have never experienced such a high quality service before. The young lady Ariel who was performing all the tests on my eyes was very nice and professional did not rush in explaining all the details. The doctors who I met via televist were very nice too. I highly recommend BJ Optical for all of your eyes needs.”

“Love their brands, cheaper than the national brand and as good if not in some cases better. Love the new Clancy's nacho chips. Also love the awesome hamburger seasoning. Wish they would go back to carrying more gluten-free pasta items. It's been a little hard to find gluten-free spaghetti which they used to carry. Love their gluten-free, mac and cheese. And of course I always love going down the stuff aisle. You never know what you'll find”
“They are usually stocked fairly well. There are sometimes very long lines, but they always work through them pretty quickly. This is our primary shopping location right now. I have noticed that after a long time of having the best prices on certain items, they are no longer the cheapest choice. So, be aware.”

“Did not like the way I was treated today while ordering. Like one worker seemed to want to attend someone not like us instead of us but ended up attending us with a very dry attitude. Tom Not friendly at all. Everywhere I go to Publix I love the people as much as the shopping experience, not at this one maybe it was my new york Yankees hat he didn't like. I will not return. Four stars because on the way out the last people I encountered were lovely people.”

“I like Publix for certain items and the sales. Otherwise, I find them to be a higher priced grocery store. The Publix that I frequently visit quite often has expired food on the shelf. Mostly dairy products, but I have found other items as well. I am an expiration date checker, no matter where I am shopping.”

“First off I was very expressed with how clean it was , how fresh the meat department looked , and it smelled clean as well, you didn't walk in like years ago and Save A Lots smelled like roten food , SO LIKE I SAID IT WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED. The 1 program was there was 1 cashier, and the lottery tickets are at that register by the office , people started lining up behind me , the manager didn't open up another register , that was wrong . BUT LIKE I SAID ILL BE GOING BACK”

“Could be better, but wasn't bad. Nothing really good strikes me to say they were great, but I honestly wouldn't really go there if they weren't on the way. Not their fault, I just recently moved, and where I used to live didn't have a close by save a lot, so I'm not really used to the place. They are cheap, and they are conveniently located for me. Their service isn't bad at all, though not outstanding. There selection is a bit limited, which is the only thing I really dislike, but there's still plenty of good stuff. I'd recommend the place, if I didn't dislike crowded stores, so stay away so I can have peace shopping lol.
Joking aside, save a lot is actually pretty good. Could use more staff, and they could afford to clean more often, but otherwise pretty good ?”

“The in-store roasted turkey breast is very good, better than anything you can get at other super markets. I have never waited "forever" to get service in the deli either. Also, Produce Dept is very clean, the fruit and vegetables are much better quality, and prices. The prices are up front. I like the rewards program. I these times anything helps. I think Publix has their people bashing this store, I've been to both.”

“As stated in reviews for other Publix locations, I like them as a chain. I like the colors, decor, and lighting, as opposed to Save A Lot which is dreadful. Publix is always clean and well- stocked. The staff are all cordial. So they must be well managed as these things were true at this location, as they are at Magnolia or Lake Deaton. This one is near the crazy busy Lowe's, so convenient if you are going there.”

“It's one of the best, and also one of very few mom n pop style country stores left in the area. Mini grocery store with a deli where they make fresh subs, sandwiches, chicken, ribs, steak, and more. One of my top favorite places for lunch. And they carry Faygo soda”
