“Good hardware store excellent employees always help you out when you can't find something. Not crazy about them closing so early during the week and not being open on Sunday when I find on doing my home repair and need replacement parts for whatever I'm working on it forces me to go to home Depot where it's hard to get any help when you can't find something. Most employees are only no one section IE: plumbing electrical lumber ECT. That's if you can locate one, without going to customer service and asking for help. They use the intercom to ask for an employee to go to the section where I need help. Sometimes they show up sometimes it don't. It's usually at least a 3-minute wait. More wasted time. That does not happen in your store, they find you and ask if you need help, that's the way it should be, that's how it used to be, in the olden days 20 or 30 years ago. By”
“I have to say the employees are wonderful. I had a bad day and purchased some things the the employee didn't charge me when I told him my husband passed away he was so kind even when I wasn't. I went to my car and cried because he was so kind to me when I wasn't.”

“Truly this review is long overdue. We have been purchasing lumber, horse feed, and chickens at Sparr for years. The staff is incredibly patient and their willingness to help far exceeds expectations every time we visit. Today was no exception, as Aubrie took the time to walk us through picking out chickens and answering our many questions, which made for an incredible experience in picking out 8 new family members.
