“I was nervous about transferring a prescription after a horrible experience with the pharmacy manager Angela at the Forest Hill location in WPB, who was uninformed, unprofessional and rude. Thankfully I tried the Wellington store on Forrest Hill Blvd, and spoke to Sabrina. Sabrina was professional, well-trained and capable. She even started by apologizing for the long hold and mentioned that a more junior person could have helped me more quickly so I wouldn't have had to wait. Her customer experience focus was excellent. She transferred my prescription quickly, accurately reported her inventory, was knowledgeable about my dosage and confirmed my Single Care information while I was on the call, which Angela at the WPB location assured me could not be done. What a difference. I'm glad that I didn't let one bad apple turn me off; and I was able to find a representative who filled my prescription in a professional manner. All stores are not the same. I highly recommend this one.”

“I use Walgreens on Forest Hill in front of the mall area Everyone is friendly cheerful and helpful. I know several people that work there. sometimes they have to have a floating pharmacist, I have no problem telling you that over the weekend Andrea floating pharmacist really made me feel bad. Gave me a very hard time and was completely totally rude. She wouldn't let me talk only she gets to talk I felt like I was in a classroom and getting scolded by the teacher. I reported her and I'm considering going to the corporate Office. One bad apple didn't ruin my loyalty and trust towards everyone in the pharmacy. All the regular pharmacists I know are Cassandra & Maria Theresa Can't forget to mention Mr Michelle and Jr. It's a great store and always immaculate”

“The Pharmacist Stephanie was outstanding. She helped me resolve an insurance override and helped me to save money on an out of pocket purchase of Humalog. She did all this while being actively engaged in a conference call bringing attention to a FDA notice, taking care me and other customers in addition to supporting the rest of the team as they took care of customers too. “LabCorp tech review: this review is solely based on the service I received today regarding my visit for bloodwork at the labcorp lab here at this Walgreens. I had an early morning appointment which was easily made online. Danielle was my tech. She was on time and called me back for my lab work. She was wonderful! Sweet, happy attitude, quick, efficient, and I didn't feel a thing! I was out of there in no more than 5 minutes! Where in the world can you go get blood work in and out in 5 minutes!? Here you can. I came in early on a Friday morning. I will be using this location from now on. No wait. No stress. No worries. Do it!”

I believe his name was Anthony. We walked out to the car and my fiancé said that it’s amazing that someone that works at cvs gave us that much customer service and greeted us from the moment we walked in, but someone that is a server or in the service industry who relies on tips treats you like they are entitled to tips regardless of service provided.
