“Okay, this is a virtual pick up and drop off site. You do use the U-haul website combined with calling Alina. If you are uncomfortable with this, then you may want to use another location. I had a couple of hiccups myself (it was my first time renting here), but everything worked out. I took of 1 star because the U-haul website sent me the instructions for drop off 3 hours AFTER I had dropped off the trailer. Alina took care of all of that. I had to be patient with myself and the process. Everyone was very nice!”

“The truck we rented, was nice clean.Not to many miles.Not very familiar not to use parkway.Also when you renting find out your route and pay attention to the low bridges because many of them don't have a Sign for the high.We did have a truck GPS.Good service”

“I'm not looking for a “beautifully maintained†facility. I need a facility that will rent me a U-Haul and won't rip me off. As a first time renter, I am glad I came here. I had to make a last minute reservation. Tyler was very understanding with my questions (I had many) and was very patient with me. He even advised me of a place I could park my vehicle where it would be safe for more than a few hours. Returned equipment with no issues. It was a lot easier and went more smoothly than what I was expecting. The truck was beautiful too, for a truck. It looks brand new. The ten foot one”
