“My Honda Accord stalled in the highway. The check engine lighyt started blinking and the car was losing power. Luckily I was near an exit. I had the car towed to this location. They found out it was the fuel pump which is on recall but Honda has limited supply of them. The service at the dealership was excellent but it a shame Honda decided to gamble with people's safety by not having this issue resolved.”
“Overall very happy with my service advisor and quality of workmanship. Had oil & filter, 4 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, both differential fluid exchange, brake fluid flush, and valet. Only issue was limited on using dealership coupons. Could only use two. Saved $600, but missed out on another $100 worth of coupons. Sales tax calculated before coupons applied. Still will return to BMW of Wesley Chapel for service.”

“Not only is Jack an excellent fellow we took our Pontiac G6 and to have the bumper put back on and headlights and paint he went so far above and beyond what anyone else would have done workmanship is absolutely superb I would very highly recommend Jack's Auto Body Shop and Jack himself personally I am more than pleased with the work that he did. “this place was amazing we originally went to another one in our local area and they wanted to charge us for triple the amount we went in see a vehicle on. driving 2 hours away to see a vehicle was actually worth it. Justin was amazing he was open and honest about every penny we were going to put down more money but it just didn't add up and he was totally honest with us. when we test drove the car he told me to drive it as if I was driving my own personal vehicle and if somebody don't let you drive on the highway or the way you choose to drive the car to test drive it don't buy it and I couldn't agree more. is supervisor even came over to introduce himself and was a sweetheart as well to be working on a holiday and be understanding and so kind-hearted and patient was amazing we got the total package and we don't regret it. Darron was the manager that day not sure if it's more than one all cars come with tent which is awesome they did it right away.”
