“Great employees made great experience! We had terrible experiences at the once upon a child in Albuquerque, NM, so we are sometimes reluctant to go into other once upon a child stores. While we were at the Dale Mabry location, my 3yo was playing with the toys when he had an accident. Employee, Jeremiah, was so nice about cleaning it up and not being upset about cleaning it up. My kids were super crazy in the store including screaming and crying because they were hangry. When we got to the register, I apologized for the craziness and Carrie was so nice, telling me that it happens. Carrie was so nice talking to both my kids (3yo and 16 months) and teasing my 3yo that he can get a job there if he turns in his application. It’s stressful as a parent when kids decide to have meltdowns in public, but this team was so great at being so kind and understanding! They did a great job!”
“This might be one of the best SA thrift stores in the area. Massive selection. I checked prices for clothes and they were cheap. Only problem was the crowd was like a black Friday crowd. Almost 3 dozen people on line at 1pm. Not sure if its like that all the time.”

“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! There will deals for $1 CLOTHING?! This was heaven for me. Cheap prices (You'd really have to go diving in clothing because there are hidden gems) and the place is clean per usual. I would recommend coming here with a friend who shares the same passion of thrifting because this place is a gift from God himself. Deff will be coming by here more especially with their deals going on.”
