“Gotta leave 5 stars due to the impeccable work of Russell! My last battery replacement was a botched job, which also cracked my back glass. Russell was a godsend, making it right by ordering another back glass and replacing my battery as well. Now my phone is as happy as the first time I opened it out of the box. Definitely will be going back for any future tech needs. Ask for Russell if you're in the area and need a fix!”

“My wife and I love this store. We shop and here a lot. Every time we're near, one we'll pull in just to look around. There's always something to buy and we usually always come out of there with at least one or two bags. The staff is very friendly and helpful”

“Compared to other Nordstrom Racks I have been to, this one is ok. They do have a decent variety of options and it is a larger store. I think they could still improve on the quality and diversity of their inventory, and also have lots of empty space so they could be more fully stocked. We rarely end up finding something to buy.”

“I tried to follow the link on the receipt but it keeps going to a dead end page. However, I was so impressed with Gabriel H.’s customer service that I had to go out of my way to say this; The young man simply folded my shirt with care and checked me out efficiently. You would think this would be no big deal, except for the fact I’ve been shopping in this store and other locations for over 25 years and it is the first time I have had my shirt folded and packed as a baseline standard. I appreciate that more than I can tell you and I am certain others would as well. That is what you call a non negotiable standard. Beautiful thing to see in a young, obviously hard working man. I hope you all treat Gabriel right because he is an asset.”

“I've shopped in Ross many times and i'm always impressed with the pleasant and helpful staff, but on Saturday night, January 10, 2026 two Ross staff members acted with outstanding compassion and selflessness I had an unbelievable and scary experience.. I had rented an electric car which I parked infront of Ross. When I returned to the car it would not start. It was close to 11pm and the parking lot was emptying out. I returned to Ross as Kevin, the manager, was closing the doors and asked if anybody would help me because I was having troule with my car. Kevin immideately responded that he would help when he's done closing the store. I was waiting for Kevin when, Adria (another staff member) came out. She rushed over to me, and was trying to start the car with no success, even though the car registered 82% electric power. Adria's daughter had come to pick her up, but instead of leaving with her daughter, Adria took my car rental papers and called Hertz/Dollar Road Service Assistance. Adria was on hold for at least 25 minutes and did not leave me. Kevin came out and also could not start the car. When we finally were able to speak to a reperesentetive from road service, he was able to remotely check the status of the car. He said that the 16 V battery is dead. and that road service would come in about an hour. By now, it was after 12am, but Kevin assured me that he would not leave me. Then he had an idea and asked the representitive on the phone if I can leave the car in the parking lot since the car had to be towed, and he would drive me to the airport (where I initially rented the car) to get a replacment car (Hertz was open till 1am). Kevin transfered all my bags to his car and drove me to PBI. I did get a replacment and returned home safely at 1:30am. I think you'll all agree with me that this was a very special act of kindness. I will forever be grateful to Kevin and Adria!!”
“It's not fair that they have to deal with so many people just disrespecting the racks and tossing stuff haphazardly. However this is the only reason they don't get a perfect 5. The store is clean and neat other than that. I feel they need to spend more time merchandising the store. It's difficult to find some things and with all the disorder from customers it's frustrating. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will find identical items on the shelf with two different prices sometimes.”
“Santiago from Vision Express is a whole icon. He is amazing at communicating, delivering excellent customer service and making you feel comfortable. If you ever want to buy something from this store, passing by Santiago’s area is a MUST. Excellent service 10/10”

“Its a pretty clean Walmart. And actually more organized than a lot of them, especially in this area. The sodas actually in the soda section, pet supplies in pet section.... you get the idea.

“I was walking into the 45st location looking for something’s for my wife and there was a few employees that couldn’t help me or didn’t speak English but this one young man from the produce department name jacolby Patterson help me with the locations for the things I was looking for .such a great guy I told him keep up the good work with costumer service he told me he’s a nutritionist that’s why he likes produce to learn an help people with proper nutrition in life this guy really needs to be promoted to a higher position very down to earth an a people person”
“Need more reliable workers that take pride in the themselves, their job and the store. They are always short staffed, store not stocked exterior uninviting. The dumpster encloser is destroyed, the area is an eye sore.”
“The store lately has been clean and shelves full. Most the staff have been so friendly. But on 11-16-25 I went to buy a cheap perm. The price said $4.70 but at the register it was $6.25. The nice young man called the manager and she was so rude! I asked don't you have to honor the price tag and she said I don't have to do anything..I gave it 4 stars bc the other staff has been so nice.”
“It is my pleasure to write this review to congratulate the incredible service I received today. I decided to create a calendar at the Photo Lab and was welcomed with a big smile by Manny. He immediately took care of me, even lend me a special device to connect my iPad and guide me through the process the whole time. He was also interacting with other customers with diligence and patience. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and gives great explanation to people like me who are not computer savvy. “Halloween, of course! Also.... after spending 45 minutes collecting all of my carefully selected items and placing them nicely on the counter to be tallied..I frantically dug through my purse only to realize I left my wallet sitting on my dresser at home. the kind associate was nice enough to physically and electronically detain my bags and actually hold the order in the system. An action I believe he was reprimanded for later.”
“I found everything I went for..believe it or not! The check- out girl was extremely friendly. I left with a big smile on my face until I realized she had put both weights into the same bag after I had explained i have a bad shoulder and please don't make the bags heavy. It won't stop me from coming back but it did put a sour taste in my mouth!”
“I love Dollar Tree because I know I can find stuff for $1.25 and be done with it, but many times, Family Dollar has a ton of items for less than $1. So, whenever I have time to spare, I stop at Family Dollar and see what good deals they have. The store, like most Family Dollar felt a bit crowded of merchandise, but the items were easy to find and everything had price tags on them, which is always a good thing. The lady at the register was really pleasant, I had no issues waiting to pay.”

The young man who unlock the at 8 am said good morning, one older man said hello, one young woman working in food selection good morning can I help you and one young woman help me in self checkout. This executive store to shop in. It's friendly, clean, good prices, it has ungrounded parking, and a coffee shop. The coffee shop need more tables and chairs 💺.
