“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”
“I broke the screw-on base to my old Oster blender. I thought there was no way I'd find another base and that I'd have to buy a new made in China POS blender, one that would short, catch fire and burn down my house, to replace my trusty Oster. Then I found the base online at Goodman's. They shipped it out and I had a new base in a few days, allowing me to once again enjoy homemade "slushies" in the 100+° Siuth Texas heat. “Steve was terrific and very helpful. Had two vacuum cleaners serviced and repaired, and pricing for the services was very reasonable, in my opinion. We thought we left our cell phone there or had dropped it in the parking area. Steve searched both inside and outside for it. We eventually found that the phone had been left at another location. Definitely recommend this location for any repairs needed.”

“I bought a new washer machine still in box at a good price. He installed and removed the old machine within 3 hours after purchase. The 2- men that came were fast and professional. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

“I’ve gotten accustom to having to track down Home Depot employees for help as they are very busy but not at the tower shops location. From start, I was greeted by an associate named Jannelle and she offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to contact the shift manager Omar as the particular item, garden blocks I was looking for was not on the sales floor. She and Omar both went to the stockroom, found the item and brought it out. I was then informed by Omar that the item had just gone on sale which made me even happier. I was really amazed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. You always hear about bad and never the good but this one was certainly one of those goods! I will definitely brave the tower shop plaza traffic congestion in the future just to go to this Home Depot location! Thank you Jannelle and Omar!”
