“I have lived at this property for over 3 years, and have no complaints. Although management has changed a few times, that still has not taken away from the peacefulness of my apartment. It is very safe with rarely any exhausting issues related to staff or neighbors (we are all humans and make mistakes at times). What's more exceptional about this complex is the maintenance crew consisting of Alex, Yuni, and Orlando. They maintain professionalism at all times and go above and beyond for the tenants with timely resolutions of maintenance issues. Honestly because of them, I would recommend living at Rosemont Siena Cove 100%!!!”

“I am usually not a person to leave many reviews unless, I have felt that I tumbled upon a great person, group of individuals or place that merits a review that can highlight the person’s capabilities, and or a place or community that, can serve other’s who are in the market seeking this type of service and shelter. I must say that, both Mr. Joseph (Senior Property Manager), at Cortland’s Harbour Cove Apartments in Pembroke Pines, Fl., are beyond one if the most outstanding, professional, caring and compassionate people that I have ever came across when seeking a residential unit, to addressing any concerns or needs within my existing apartment. Although, Mr. Joseph became the Property Manager (approx a year to a yr 1/2 ago), he has always demonstrated kindness and solutions to make it fair for both the residents and the Management Company. The units are currently being renovated and I must admit that from the paint, new appliances, vertical blinds, new lighting fixtures, flooring, upgrading the recreational areas (not to mention, everything else that’s in store), has truly made a remarkable and meaningful difference. Furthermore, Mr. Steve (Lease Consultant), is also very attentive and engages in community activities and is beyond welcoming and inviting. In addition, Brandon (Maintenance), is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and always prompt when addressing any work orders. Conclusion, I and my family, are beyond grateful and highly recommend Mr. Joe, his team members and this property to anyone that is in the market for a family oriented, nice, cozy, spacious apartment with a variety of fun amenities and community engagement, then, Cortland at Harbour Cove, Pembroke Pines, is definitely a property that you would want to consider. It’s in the perfect location, neighborhood is quiet and lowkey. The amenities are straightforward and they are making active upgrades, I love it. Don’t get me started on management, they have the most kind hearts. They take care of the residents! Maintenance is on point! Never had to ask twice about anything. I love this place because they are for the people and you can tell by how the community structure is. If you clicked on this by accident or on purpose, look no further. Seriously. No gimmicks or games here. What you see is what you get. What you’re told is what it is. LOVE IT HERE.”

“I have been a long-term resident of Golfview Flats and during my time I have seen management come and go several times. I would say Snow Realty is the third or so during my time and out of all of them they have been the best, improving the residency here both effectively and on a structural level.

This review from me has been overdue for a while and there is a particular reason why. Late one night (around midnight) the neighboring unit just above mine was leaking water down through my ceiling and the walls to the side, essentially threatening to flood my unit. The usual go-to maintenance worker was out of town, the neighbors upstairs couldn't be reached despite knocking on their door, and being that it was late I was almost hopeless. I had sent off a text to the maintenance worker I was familiar with but had minimal expectations of a solution in time.

It was an hour past midnight when I got an unexpected knock at my door. I opened it up to find that another maintenance worker was there, he took a look around and told me he would be back shortly. About thirty minutes later he reappeared with a wet vac in tow and even a family member who was observing. Turns out he had been out at a party that night and dropped everything to fix the problem. And thank goodness for that because at that point I was probably about up to my ankle in water within the master bedroom and the hallway. More than an hour later and with much effort the water had been dealt with using the wet vac and several other methods. This would not be the end of it as the whole place was damp and dealing with the after effects of near flooding, so he hooked me up with a dehumidifier. Several days later the place would finally be bone dry and I have remembered that overall as the moment my respect was earned.

I have recently been to the pool area and from what I have seen the quality is better than it was previously, with a fine and non-slip material being used. This is in comparison to the past when the pool was largely underutilized by previous management, going mostly uncared for. When there are issues around the complex they are dealt with such as the time the sewer pipes beneath the building had to be replaced. We have a monthly pest extermination service that is provided to help keep the units pest free. I have been comfortable here for the past while and I think the current management is significantly responsible for why my stay has been good as of late.”

“Amazing staff, they made me laugh the whole time we were there. Shavon welcomed us with a smile and answered every question before we asked. My sister was super picky about what she wanted but Shavon did an amazing job of assuring her, this was the right fit for her.”

“I don't personally live here but recently I wished that i had gotten in when I had the chance. The grounds and surrounding areas have been transformed in recent months. When we visited over Christmas I was so happy to see that front drive in such a festive theme. I inquired with one of my housekeeping friends and she told me that the new Grounds Department Manager Scott B. is the reason the place looks so fantastic. I haven't met Scott yet but I cant wait to shake his hand. My elderly friends are so happy to be able to see out their windows again and feel the fresh breezes again. The grounds look like a botanical garden with all the fresh growing flowers. The property is simply beautiful.”
