“Great review here! I have lived here for 4 years and everything is great. From the office staff to maintenance everyone is super nice and helpful never had one problem. Something needed to fix they came same day or next day. Even when i had a personal issue Leanne in the office was so sweet and helped me so much. All the years I’ve lived here the neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves. The complex is always clean and up to par. Great location and totally worth it. I 100 times over recommend this place. Always felt comfortable and safe here!”

“Newer resident, have been here for a couple of months and I’m really enjoying my stay. Maintenance is amazing. Thank you to Oscar and his team for always tending to things in a timely manner. I was hesitant to lease here because of the parking concerns I saw on reviews but haven’t had any issues so far. The first option for parking is first come first serve so I sometimes had to look for parking not so close to my building but they did quickly give me the option to get a reserved space right next to my apartment which has worked great for me. Yes a couple more dollars per month but just like anything in life convenience comes at a premium. I’m glad people frequently get towed for improper parking because a lot of people here constantly block lanes or park along curbs making it unsafe at times. In my experience management has tended to all my concerns quickly. Thank you to Aileen, Paolet and Marc for always being so helpful. They are always friendly and understanding and I do get somethings are out of their control. Over all the property is really well kept, in a great location and so far I am very very happy with my decision to move here.”

“We’ve been living here almost a year and have had a great experience. We had an issue with the dryer recently and after my husband spoke with Nancy, she got us a new one. It was installed within a day. We are both very busy with an almost 2 year old and appreciate such a fast response. Everyone has been very friendly, we love the layout of the apartment and it’s a quiet community. Definitely recommend The Terraces.”

“I lived in this apartment complex for 1 1/2 year and recently moved out, and can only say the best things about it. To name a few: 1. Living here was an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience. The management is very supportive and friendly, Deborah and Tessa have always been professional and proactive in helping out. It felt like we were a part of a big family, they take true ownership. 2. Getting maintenance done was never a hassle and we always felt safe letting maintenance and management take care of issues in our unit while we would be away. 3. Our unit was remodelled and had all the newest appliances as well as wooden flooring which we were very satisfied with. Not to mention that their 1 bed 1 bath unit is larger and more spacious than most modern 1 bed apartments. 4. Everyone in our building was extremely nice and friendly. We had families living around us and they were always ready to help each other out. 5. The poolside area and the clubhouse are beautifully made and served as a perfect relaxation spot on the weekends or after a busy day at work. All in all, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is considering living in the Plantation area and want to consider an economical and safe, well managed apartment complex.”

He provided quick and professional services and truly went above and beyond. He even helped install my indoor camera for me, made sure to notify me when he left, and sent clear photos of everything he fixed. The workmanship was excellent, communication was great, and he was respectful of my home. Overall, an outstanding worker. I highly recommend him.”

“I have been a long-term resident of Golfview Flats and during my time I have seen management come and go several times. I would say Snow Realty is the third or so during my time and out of all of them they have been the best, improving the residency here both effectively and on a structural level. This review from me has been overdue for a while and there is a particular reason why. Late one night (around midnight) the neighboring unit just above mine was leaking water down through my ceiling and the walls to the side, essentially threatening to flood my unit. The usual go-to maintenance worker was out of town, the neighbors upstairs couldn't be reached despite knocking on their door, and being that it was late I was almost hopeless. I had sent off a text to the maintenance worker I was familiar with but had minimal expectations of a solution in time. It was an hour past midnight when I got an unexpected knock at my door. I opened it up to find that another maintenance worker was there, he took a look around and told me he would be back shortly. About thirty minutes later he reappeared with a wet vac in tow and even a family member who was observing. Turns out he had been out at a party that night and dropped everything to fix the problem. And thank goodness for that because at that point I was probably about up to my ankle in water within the master bedroom and the hallway. More than an hour later and with much effort the water had been dealt with using the wet vac and several other methods. This would not be the end of it as the whole place was damp and dealing with the after effects of near flooding, so he hooked me up with a dehumidifier. Several days later the place would finally be bone dry and I have remembered that overall as the moment my respect was earned. I have recently been to the pool area and from what I have seen the quality is better than it was previously, with a fine and non-slip material being used. This is in comparison to the past when the pool was largely underutilized by previous management, going mostly uncared for. When there are issues around the complex they are dealt with such as the time the sewer pipes beneath the building had to be replaced. We have a monthly pest extermination service that is provided to help keep the units pest free. I have been comfortable here for the past while and I think the current management is significantly responsible for why my stay has been good as of late.”

“I don't personally live here but recently I wished that i had gotten in when I had the chance. The grounds and surrounding areas have been transformed in recent months. When we visited over Christmas I was so happy to see that front drive in such a festive theme. I inquired with one of my housekeeping friends and she told me that the new Grounds Department Manager Scott B. is the reason the place looks so fantastic. I haven't met Scott yet but I cant wait to shake his hand. My elderly friends are so happy to be able to see out their windows again and feel the fresh breezes again. The grounds look like a botanical garden with all the fresh growing flowers. The property is simply beautiful.”
