“Took a HELOC at the Weston branch, Gloria Arteaga and Nancy Padilla took care of the process, excellent customer service, very helpful. My only claim is that Amerant did not keep my older loan at the interest that I had argued that I cannot have 2 HELOCS and that I needed to use the new one with a highest interest rate to pay the old one in full to have access to the new HELOC offer.”
