“Mail time works hard to ensure customers understand their options so they can make the best decisions for their needs and budget. The staff is kind and professional and they are always going out of their way to help. Whenever I have unusual requests, they are professional and helpful to either accommodate me or offer great alternatives. This is hard to find in other packing and shipping stores. I highly recommend!”

“Very clean and the employees worked as quickly and efficiently as they were able to, often the customers are very rude to the workers and refuse to listen to an employee of the federal government and are constantly accusing them of not knowing the laws that they these Postal Workers are trained to know.
I wish customers would just understand that everyone is doing the job that they have to do, in the way that it needs to be done, all in order to make sure that there are no issues on either sending or receiving posted mail.”

“Applied for passport here. Amazing experience!!! All people complaining probably didnt have an appointment.
I had an appointment at 12:30 and I am writing this review at 12:52 already sitting in my car! And I came with a friend too who also needed a passport. So 2 passports with pictures and money orders within 20 mins!

“If this branch has such low rating , what do the other ones have? I've been here multiple times ,no problems ...if you people who gave this branch a low rating think this is a bad place ,go around check the other ones, because this branch is much better than the other ones near specially the newest one at pines Blvd where everybody is rude and some of them speak to y ou in spanish without even knowing you do too”
