I came in needing a notary for some urgent documents, and I was AMAZED to learn they also offer apostille services right there on the spot. I was fully prepared to travel to Tallahassee after notarizing the document just to get the apostille done, but thanks to Laura, I didn’t have to. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made what I thought would be a stressful situation quick and efficient. Mailtime saved me so much time and energy… I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Over the past ten years, Mr. Jim has been our mailman, and I can’t thank him enough. This past year, I had an issue with my broken mailbox, and even then he would always step out of his truck to carefully deliver the mail. He never complained, always kind and always with a smile. His dedication and humility have meant so much to me and my family. “This is place is fairly good. The employees do their work, they are very friendly.. Its a clean place. And the wait is less than 10min. Much better than other postal offices. I dont know what people expect from a postal office but this one is good!!”

“Took me longer to grab my priority mail envelope and make the address label than it did to be waited on! This was the fastest service I have had at any post office in the past 5 years. I was there around 9am. One customer ahead of me and one behind me.”
“Shoutout to Michael. I came in to buy stamps and the line was all the way to the door, with Michael as the only one working the desk. Customers were understandably frustrated by the wait, but he remained kind, patient, and respectful with everyone while making a clear effort to keep the line moving efficiently. With the holidays approaching, it was extremely busy, yet Michael handled it all on his own and did an amazing job. Thank you, Michael, and happy holidays!”
“I have come many times to this location to send packages and today might have been the best experience I’ve had thus far. Previous times were normal, I have no complaints. The employees here have always been courteous and helpful compared to other locations. But today Adrian went above and beyond to look for my package. The sender forgot to add part of my address and I was stressing for hours trying to locate which location the package was at to pick it up before it’s returned to sender. The line was super long today & I was nervous it would be too late. He spend about 20 minutes (maybe longer, felt like it) going all around the back to find my package. He got it done and found it for me. I felt so grateful and could not thank him enough. I understand it must be a pain to deal with some of the difficult situations and public so I appreciate them helping me with such good energy.”
