“I’ve typically hated BOA which is funny because it’s the only bank I’ve banked with for 15 years and the large corporate company I work only uses BOA. So I’ve disliked using them in different situations where the office just sucks (mainly in Brandon area) but this office is great. I’ve had to use this office during my home purchasing process and they’ve been very helpful between answering the phones, appointments and just overall help from the tellers. They are polite and having a small setup for kids to be entertained is perfect. It has helped keep my toddler entertained. Thanks for all your help!”
“My favorite branch. Today I needed help with a check that was payable to my husband and I. Problem is my husband is deceased. Manager Kelly Myers spent time (about 45 minutes) assisting me to resolve my issue. She even spoke to the company that issued the check.”
“Yesterday I went to the Big Bend/301 location for account statement copies. This may seem like a standard request, however, as the accounts are now closed, I was informed that online access cannot be granted per bank policy. Thankfully, I was being assisted by Michael. After confirming my personal details, he went above and beyond to explain the process and assist. Unfortunately, (through no fault of his) he was unable to provide me with all of the requested statements as they dated beyond the seven year threshold. Michael was more than gracious by ensuring he provided me with statements within 7 years of age. And assured me I could come back if I needed anything else.
Meanwhile, he noticed I was with my young niece and shared with me a variety of information/accounts that could be beneficial to her future financial literacy. Throughout the experience, he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the best of a situation beyond his control. This was by far, my best interaction with any Bank of America branch, thanks wholly to Michael.”

As my frustrations grew the Financial Center Manager and Assistant Manager calmly explained the situation and discussed it with the boat broker business manager on the phone.
