“For anyone visiting in Orlando, do know that there's a lot of construction work that is occurring Pointe Orlando that is causing the pedestrian walkways to divert to avoid the project. To get access to Tharoo & Co., all you do is park in the parking deck and take the pedestrian marked walkway directly to Tharoo. My wife and I had a great experience here again. Really awesome personalized service. Do call Tharoo as appointments are (for a short time) recommended at least during the heavier parts of the project.”

After doing so, Breitling rose to the top for so many reasons.The service at Breitling was excellent and once I got to see their watches up close, I was impressed. The staff there was very accommodating and there were no pressure tactics. While I was there, a fellow came in to speak with a rep about his Breitling. I spoke with him. He said he had his Breitling for a few years and loves it.I've had my Premium B01 Chronograph for a few weeks now and I am not disappointed. “Two days ago I slipped and fell and hit my ring, and both my husband and I agreed it was loose. I immediately took it to our local IDC (we live two hours south of Orlando) the next day and the lady who helped me took it, shook it and said, "it's fine" I explained that I would feel more comfortable if the jeweler looked at it so she took it back there, returning 30 seconds later telling me nothing is wrong with it. I could still feel the diamond move...but, I said thanks and left. I called my husband almost in tears, we're so invested into IDC with this damn diamond and their trade in program, I feel stuck. Needless to say today we drove to Orlando and was helped by amazing staff at the Conroy Road store. They did confirm the diamond was loose, and after about 5 minutes, they returned and the jeweler had fixed it. We spoke to the manager and explained our entire experience and he asked if we had 10 more minutes, he wanted to fix my ring. He came back a few minutes later and it's a perfect circle. He apologized profusely for the experience we've had, and sad to say, my husband and I will be traveling to Orlando from Port Saint Lucie (2 hours) just to see Ivette and the rest of your team at Conroy Road.”

Yudelia was incredibly helpful, she aided in the process of me picking them out, and also did a quick job of engraving all of them. Since I travelled pretty far for this outlet store she was able to help me get in and out and back on the road although there was a decent amount of other customers at the store at the time. Overall I will be coming back mostly due to the great service I get here.”

Products are easy to access for trying on, very few are locked in cases.We have been to this store dozens of times and the staff is NOT what keeps us coming back.Unless you speak Spanish or look South American you are Not going to get the warm and helpful sales experience. We are lucky if we even get a greeting, even when we are the only customers in the store.”

She had the new chain ordered in minutes and offered to have it shipped at no cost to my home. “I walked into this store in the Mall while in Puerto Rico because my older sister was wanting the Tous Bear necklace. This store mainly carried the Tous brand jewelry. However, they had some choice styles of purses and shoes. The employees were friendly, helpful and vigilant. The store was well lit with a nice stock of tastefully displayed merchandise available . My sister purchased her Tous Bear necklace and a few choice pieces.. smh lol and I a purse. I’ve received many compliments on this purse now that I’m back in my home town.”
