“The Co-Op is one of my favorite stores in Downtown Disney! It's got "parts" with themes. So there is a home decor area with home goods. They have tech section with phone cases and watch bands. Most of these are behind the current phone and only Samsung and Apple. They have a dress shop with the high end dresses ($150+). They have an art area as well, however their postcards have been removed and shifted to another shop down the way.”

“We had the most amazing experience last night at this Kate Spade location. When we walked in, Allison greeted us. I am assuming she is one of the managers (if she isn’t, get that girl a promotion asap). She immediately noticed my fiancée’s Kate Spade bag. We bought it for her roughly a year ago, probably a little longer, and a few days ago the long shoulder strap ripped and it could no longer be used. The bags short handles were still working, but my fiancée’s birthday is on Monday so I was bringing her in to buy her a new one. Allison noticed that the bag in question was one they still had in stock, and explained she would look up our information to see if the bag was still covered under warranty. Of course we had forgotten to give our phone number when purchasing it a year ago, so she could not find it in the system. I was perfectly fine with this, after all I walked in expecting to buy a new one anyways. Well Allison said that we shouldn’t worry, she was going to make an exception and let us exchange the damaged, year old bag, for a brand new one for free! Not only that, after hearing we were there for a birthday she said if we got anything else she would give us an additional 15% off the already greatly discounted merchandise. I had my fiancée pick out a new bag for work, and we walked away with a brand new purse AND work bag for a very reasonable price. We are loyal Kate Spade customers already, but this experience was so amazing I know that we will be frequenting this location far more. Thanks again, Allison!!”

The store isn’t very organized to be honest, the products are scattered in different sections. The work team isn’t very friendly. The payment line is too long, and you have to wait longer than normal because there are only 2 cashiers available.”

While most of their products are clothing they do get some other items as well. We can always find something here for someone. Once again my kids love shopping here because they have lots of clothing that works for them.”

“Shopped here the Saturday after Black Friday 2023. Wow, such excellent customer service. Sales and more sales; super clothing. Just a fantastic store to shop at. Kim/we shopped there on Sunday, May 7th. Kim really likes Loft and has shopped in several of their Central Florida stores. This LOFT outlet on International Drive is the best LOFT store. Excellent selections, especially for Petite. Very good pricing. And amazing help - Marcellas was especially helpful while Kim shopped. We highly recommend this awesome store.”

“Mark is definitely one of the best salespersons in Florida. I’m a 19 year old college student, and have never been excited to go clothes shopping until Mark showed up. I went in to get a return as the clothes I bought were too large, and Mark could immediately tell me what size I should get, and when trying clothes on he gave me some other ones that were my style, whether I knew or not. “This is a clean and nice store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. As soon as I picked up a couple of items, I was offered a fitting room. After trying on the items, I was walking towards the registered and before I even got there I was asked if I could be helped to check out. I couldn't find the right length in the style I liked. Shaniece was very helpful and quickly helped me order the items I wanted. She was very courteous and polite. I was in and out of the store in no time. Thank you Shaniece! Keep being awesome.
