“I just wanted give all the props to Terry. I have rental multiple cars from this location and this guy's work ethic is on 1000%. He's literally doing every job in the place while getting people in and out BY HIMSELF!! This type of work ethic rubs off because even the few times he wasn't in, the other staff members were great as well!”

“We had to change our drop off location as we did not know Avis had a desk at Universal’s Portofino Hotel. Anayeli was working the desk and was SUPER helpful allowing us to return the car at our hotel location. This let the family stay together and it made for an awesome start to our trip. Thank you, Anayeli!!!!”

“First of all Tom is the nicest and most professional person in the world and it was super fun chatting with him too. After reserving a car and realizing that the Website didn’t catch my correct drop off location and the service center said they can’t help me and I have to do it locally so Tom fixed the correct drop off and also gave me the best rate possible because of the mistake of not having the class I ordered on hand. I still got a big enough family car it drove amazing and we had the best trip ever. We love you Tom! Budget give this man a raise!!!!”

“Can not say enough wonderful things about this location & staff! Branch Manager Jacob and Manager trainee Lutz were amazing today! I ordered a rental car through Enterprise in Clermont weeks ago, showed up today - no car and no help. Walked into the Hertz location and was greeted instantly by Jacob who not only had a car but the car I needed! Lutz processed the paperwork and I was out of the office, with a car in less than a half hour. Jacob and Lutz, THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY - We will DEFINITELY be using this location for our rental needs going forward!!”
