“Customer Service is really good here. Unfortunately I called ahead to confirm a vehicle a reserved would be available. I arrived and it wasn’t. In fact there were zero cars available. The response was the reservations line does not know the inventory and should not have confirmed. Left me in a bind. Enterprise as a whole should update their system and process.”

“Superb service! I made a reservation through Expedia, and I was in and out of the Holiday Inn within 15 minutes, no hassle whatsoever. The car was working as intended, no mechanical issues and the interior was clean. The return process was smooth as well, I didn’t even need to talk to anyone. Just park the car in the designated area and then drop off the keys in the drop-box located outside of the building near the front entrance.The people leaving negative reviews about additional charges don’t know how to take the time to read the fine print. Any where you rent a car in Orlando, you have to put down a deposit. The deposit is refunded to you when you return the car in the same condition as when you picked it up. It’s a pretty simple concept if you ask me. It weeds out the bums that have no respect for other people’s property.”

“Booked my rental from the airport, but when I realized there was an Avis inside the resort (huge plus!), I modified my reservations so that the car could be picked up from the hotel and dropped off at the airport. “I needed assistance from the agency of this hotel because I had reserved my car AVIS 30min walk from this agency and I wanted to know if it was possible to change. The person (I don't have the name of the lady who received me) was really helpful and did everything she could to help me as it was an agency from another "district". Unfortunately it didn't work out, but I would like to thank her again for the TOP service she gave me (visit on Thursday morning, September 21).In the end it wasn't too bad, because after a short walk I was able to get the car I'd chosen in the UNIVERSAL "Hilton" hotel, with very good service too!”

“I had a great experience renting from this location. I reserved the vehicle (through Hertz site) a couple weeks in advance. It was ready upon arrival and clean. The employees I dealt with were very nice and multi-tasking to get everyone out of there as quickly as possible. Return was also easy. If you rent a car don’t use a third party site to reserve ! This is a smaller location if you need more working hours or bigger car selection I recommend renting from MCO.”

“Couldn't have been a better experience. No line at the counter, the woman working took just a couple min to process our paperwork and gave us no trouble with the paper coupon we had. A friendly, jokey man pulled up in a gorgeous new Jeep for us with only 5,000 miles on it, for a really great rate. I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. Perhaps folks only write in when something goes wrong?”
