“Here is a shout out to Jason at this Avis location. He was awesome and saved the day. I had just rented my car the evening before and when I got to my car in the morning the key fob was not working. After getting the run around with roadside assistance, Jason was able to locate a battery for my fob and got me back on the road. He was very professional and helpful.”

I called the next closes location by Universal Orlando and the agent there was dynamite! He was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and had alternative solutions in the interim. A friendly, jokey man pulled up in a gorgeous new Jeep for us with only 5,000 miles on it, for a really great rate. I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. Perhaps folks only write in when something goes wrong?”

Josh at the Avis desk in the Dockside Resort was very helpful and friendly. Josh quickly reserved a car for us and sent us on our way back home. We appreciated all the help we received from Josh. We have had issues with other Avis car rentals but our experience with you confirmed that there are great Avis locations/employees and that we needed to be more open minded. Josh hooked us up with a beautiful car.
In my line of work, when we come across an employee as helpful and considerate as Josh... with exceptional customer service and people skills we do everything we can to hold onto him. People are always looking out for good employees as they are getting harder and harder to come by. Josh is fantastic.

“Can not say enough wonderful things about this location & staff! Branch Manager Jacob and Manager trainee Lutz were amazing today! I ordered a rental car through Enterprise in Clermont weeks ago, showed up today - no car and no help. Walked into the Hertz location and was greeted instantly by Jacob who not only had a car but the car I needed! Lutz processed the paperwork and I was out of the office, with a car in less than a half hour. Jacob and Lutz, THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY - We will DEFINITELY be using this location for our rental needs going forward!!”
