After reserving a car and realizing that the Website didn’t catch my correct drop off location and the service center said they can’t help me and I have to do it locally so Tom fixed the correct drop off and also gave me the best rate possible because of the mistake of not having the class I ordered on hand. I ordered a rental car through Enterprise in Clermont weeks ago, showed up today - no car and no help. Walked into the Hertz location and was greeted instantly by Jacob who not only had a car but the car I needed! Lutz processed the paperwork and I was out of the office, with a car in less than a half hour.
