Cassie made sure I got the maximum rebates for switching my service from Verizon to T-Mobile and made the process so smooth and easy. I came to this location and even drove a little further to do so after reading reviews of other T-Mobile stores in the area and I’m glad I did! I don’t think I would’ve received the help and service that I did from Cassie and Zach at any other location. If you are needing to visit a T-Mobile store I recommend coming to this location, they will do you right and not try to upsell you on things you don’t need. “The hotdog rollers were rotating at a suboptimal speed. The west end of the dog seemed to be cooking much darker than the east end, causing one side to be much drier than the other. This greatly impacted the smoothness at which the dog slid out of its bun and into my throat. As I retrieved my hot dogs off the rollers, I realized the waiter would not be escorting me to my eating area. I had to walk myself to my car and was forced to indulge in the drivers seat, causing my center console to become dirty. The west end of the dog was so dry that the mustard and relish slid off and straight into my gear shift. The gas was also very high at $3.89 a gallon, and the valet attendant would not fill my tank for me. The cashier became increasingly aggressive, saying I could not put my slurpee in the double gulp cup. 5-Stars, would come back again.”

“Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son's 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.”

“Another pharmacy couldn’t fill my prescription tonight. So I went here. It was a hassle. 15 miles away from the other pharmacy. And the other pharmacy provided the wrong address so it was hard to find this one. And I was told by one of the pharmacists here it couldn’t be filled today. But Ronald saved me and filled it. I love this pharmacy!”

“My job consist of being on our local roads 80% of the time, and of course bathroom breaks are on high demand. I pulled up to this 7-11 store# 35741 and already cringing about having to walk into a low lit, dirty bathroom because i’ve been in a lot of 711 bathrooms(tough), I was greeted by Mary, and I was so in shock. I walked into the cleanest bathrooms, I’ve had visited. I mentioned it to Mary and she was very appreciative to hear that. But u can definitely tell the staff cares about customer service and there customers.”

“We had an exceptional experience with the Paradise Grills service department. Sebastian and Jay, the service technicians who came out to our home, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They addressed all of the issues with our new barbecue grill and entertainment/bar setup, and made sure everything was repaired and functioning properly.
I also want to give special recognition to Mary, the service manager, for being so responsive and making sure all of our needs were met from beginning to end. It was clear that the entire team genuinely cared about providing excellent service.
Everything was repaired, cleaned up, and left in exceptional condition. We truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail from Sebastian, Jay, and Mary.
