“We are far from home and one of our phones suffered a cracked screen protector.
We googled and found the nearest AT&T store. The lovely folks there worked to locate the warranty from our account. Unfortunately when we purchased two phones, the receipt for the broken protector was not listed. The staff quickly deduced that we purchased both phones simultaneously and one receipt was visible and the protector was clearly in place on the other.
The warranty on the protector was honored and a new one put on the phone. The protector definitely works, no damage to the screen itself.
Kudos to the staff, Isaiah and his manager, who got the phone repaired and on our way quickly.”

“Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son's 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.”

And the other pharmacy provided the wrong address so it was hard to find this one. And I was told by one of the pharmacists here it couldn’t be filled today. But Ronald saved me and filled it. I love this pharmacy!”

“My job consist of being on our local roads 80% of the time, and of course bathroom breaks are on high demand. I pulled up to this 7-11 store# 35741 and already cringing about having to walk into a low lit, dirty bathroom because i’ve been in a lot of 711 bathrooms(tough), I was greeted by Mary, and I was so in shock. I walked into the cleanest bathrooms, I’ve had visited. I mentioned it to Mary and she was very appreciative to hear that. But u can definitely tell the staff cares about customer service and there customers.”

“I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Juan! He did an amazing job helping me get my account situated and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He maintained a positive attitude the entire time, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
I will say, my visit started off a bit rocky. One associate initially told me there was no wait line, but I later realized there actually was a check-in process after someone was taken ahead of me. When I asked another associate, they clarified how the system works. Thankfully, Juan came just in time to service me.
Despite that, Juan turned the experience around completely. His professionalism and kindness made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend asking for him!”
