“This store is the best metro pcs store in Kissimee so far. I tired of poor service in some Metro pcs stores in Kissimmee. If I did not stop at this store, I was about swicth to other phone carrier. I was solicited to upgrade phone at other metro pcs store. The store did not explain me about the store exchange and return policy. The new phone stopped data while I was driving using gps and hot spot did not work from the day 1. I did factory reset a few times in 1st week and also I upgradedall apps several times but the problems persisted. I dropped the metro pcs corporate store in Sand lake rd, but they did not help me much either, I was told call mototola and ask them refund or exchange. so that I contacted the corporate store to swich my phone svc back to my old phone. After I was frustrated with their unwillingness to help me and I was tossed around, I visited this metro pcs store in 9742 US192 Clermont. A store clerk, Patricia was a professional and provided me outstanding service. She explained me the manufacture warranty is 1yr and when the new phone has a problem, the metro pcs can ship the phone to its manufacure and get either refund or exchange the phone for a customer with $20 service fee. If you want to do anything with metro pcs phone, this store is right place and I wish I knew this store before.”

“Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son's 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.”

“I've been coming to this location for years and today 2/29/24 I picked up my copy of FF7 Rebirth, I apologize but i forgot the name of the employee but she had frizzy hair and a beautiful Australian accent.She was so nice and offered me a Tears of the Kingdom plaque for free which was supposed to be a pre order bonus from when it came out a year ago. (I completely forgot about that when I picked it up) and I was so happy!I just want to say this woman is so passionate about video games and is excellent at her job! I think she is the best employee at this location, she is knowledgable, thoughtful, kind and has great communication skills. I would love to see her get a raise or a promotion because she ABSOLUTELY deserves it! ?”

And the other pharmacy provided the wrong address so it was hard to find this one. And I was told by one of the pharmacists here it couldn’t be filled today. But Ronald saved me and filled it. I love this pharmacy!”
