“After a horrible experience at the Apopka location where staff refused to complete my exchange after playing 21 questions, the manager resolved my issue effortlessly!! Unfazed about having them shipped since they weren’t available in store. I even bought 2 pairs of shoes and socks to enjoy the BOGO sale. I have no idea why Apopka complicated the exchange but it worked out because I spent more money in Winter Garden!! Thank you to both Andrea and Devin for providing excellent customer service.

Processing, cerakoting, and shipping times were all great considering what needed to be done. When my RMR set screws from Trijicon weren't properly threading, these guys expedited me some set screws.
