“They did have a very big selection of merchandise but I felt like they hiked the prices for the holidays because they had a candle warmer exactly like the one I bought at Walmart for $17.99 and theirs was $29.99 so I didn't end up buying anything as I felt it was marked up. I'll go back after Christmas and see if the prices are the same.”

“Great store with extremely helpful and friendly employees! BUT the air conditioning is currently not working, so unless you bring a fan or have a high tolerance for heat, you may want to wait until it's repaired!”
“My wife and I bought a baby car-seat on Boxing Day 2025, and we needed a copy of the receipt. I went to Customer Service to 'hopefully' get a copy and Jaylaa at Customer Service was very helpful, and within a few short minutes, she was able to print off a copy, which I now have. Thank you ?”
“I’m not sure I can fully capture this experience, but I’ll try. My family and I walked into Walmart on a simple mission—my daughter was excited to pick out a new toy. When we reached the toy aisle, the shelves were nearly empty, and her excitement quickly turned into disappointment.
Just as we were about to give up and leave, Amanda, the team lead, stepped in. She immediately understood what we were looking for and went out of her way to track down a few remaining items for my daughter.
It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant everything in that moment. Amanda turned a disappointing experience into a joyful one through her kindness, empathy, and genuine care. She truly made my daughter’s day.

“This store, to my moms knowledge (she was floor a manager for over 10 yrs at LW store), is the last full fledged Bealls in Polk county and maybe Fl.
Sad, really... The last of its kind, b.c. everything's either going online or fast tracked ( which was the case for most of these when they changed them to Bealls Outlets.)
Bealls has always been known for not only quality, but customer care. Especially during the holidays!
If you are in the area, stop in. Enjoy the customer care and slow pace while you still can.”
