She is pleasant, kind, attentive, always accommodating as much as allowed. always goes above and beyond.
Every time I am there she is maintaining, sweeping and making sure the facility is always clean. (I cannot say that about the other managers on her days off. It would be a miracle if those men picked up a broom).
Nikki deserves the praise. AND A RAISE!!! She keeps the Winter Park Public Storage on Fairbanks running and in tip top shape. She is a very dedicated employee! I do hope upper management recognizes her!!!!! I say that with all honesty!

“The manager was amazing she helped me she knew what size of a storage I will need I had forgot to lock my storage the correct way she called me the next day to let me know that my storage no not locked correctly and if I can come fix it but she will keep an eye on it until I am able to get there if I ever more again and I need a place to storage my belongs I will definitely will be going back to them”

I have 3 young kids and for me it is so important to keep them all safe from all the chemicals and toxic stuff that are in so many things we use in our everyday life. I am beyond blessed to find someone that cares about what's in the cleaning products as much as I do. It is so important not only to just clean your place but also and maybe even more important - what you clean it with. Bernice-the owner created her own cleaning products that are completely all natural and safe to use. For everyone who is mindful of their and their loved one's health I highly recommend this business. “After easily requesting a storage unit on the CubeSmart website, I was pleased to be greeted with the friendly assistance of C.J. He showed me the facility and unit, finalized the admin, and answered all my questions. My move-in was easy with the close drive-up location and wheeled carts. My rates are now half of my prior facility (which had doubled from my original rates 7 years ago).”

“Aloma-Forsyth Center is a small commercial Industrial area that rents to small businesses that are primarily in either window tinting, commercial audio, and other businesses where they really don't have much walk-up traffic, but rather are service oriented. As the name would imply, Aloma-Forsyth Center is basically at the corner of Aloma and Forsyth. There are entrances from both roads to get in here. Parking is a bit tight, but there really isn't much need to be here unless you are coming to one of these businesses. It is relatively well maintained and I have no issues anytime that I am here.”
