“Hashiel and Alex were so incredibly helpful! I first started the journey of getting my phone fixed and went to the cricket store where we met Hashiel. He was so patient and kind. He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. Im an Accountant/ CPA auditor and for the most part I work with many extrememly intelligent people and this kid is smart. He was able to do what no on other metro pcs employee could do and thats including customer service and 2 other stores. I would definitely look to promote him the second the opportunity arises. You have a super talented individual working for you and his customer service skills go way above and beyond the norm when it comes to Metropcs. “I’ve had their Nirvana customs for a good while now, and they’re incredible. I think the only thing better than the in-ears themselves is their customer service. I’m on a tour right now, and my left in-ear started cutting in and out. Was able to get them dropped off on Monday, and then a day later they are fixed and shipped, and will be here on Wednesday, a day before I leave again. Everyone was SO kind and on top of things, absolutely insane service. So, so good.”
