This customer now considers Pure Auto their "home shop team." Additionally, when a customer's engine seized during a trip, they were relieved to be towed to Pure Auto Center. Despite being busy, the team took the time to diagnose the issue, provided clear options, and showed genuine care, even though the repairs were covered by Hyundai. Overall, Pure Auto Center has built a strong reputation for reliable service, attentive staff, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, making it a top choice for auto repair and tire needs.
Entire staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. I especially like that James texted me a few days in advance to help schedule and facilitate my vehicle's needs. This was my 2nd interaction with Pure Auto Repair.
