“Recently I was involved in a accident in my 2020 Ford Explorer. A friend recommended Finish Pros. She had her car repaired there about six months ago and she was very happy with their work so I went to get an estimate. When I walked in I was greeted by Dane and Chris. I had never had to take my suv to a body shop so I asking tons of questions They were so nice and helpful. They looked at my truck explaining the process of how the insurance company processes claims. These gentlemen stated it would take approximately two weeks to get my vehicle back as long as there were no delay with them receiving the parts. They called me every two or three days keeping me informed of their progress. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to come pick up the truck two days earlier than expected. My truck was cleaned inside and out and looked like it was never in an accident. My experience at Finish Pro was undoubtedly the best service I had ever received.
