“1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata. We highly recommend the team at Dalton Automotive. Peter Hsieh was extremely responsive. He communicated everything about our repairs with transparency and clarity. He gave detailed descriptions of the work needed and confirmed the price before starting. He sent photos of progress. The team took great pride in getting to the bottom of all of the problems with the car, including shutting Peter inside the trunk to find a water leak! We were given options for what level of work to get done. Everyone was super nice and dedicated to providing the kind of personal service that has become so hard to find these days!”

“I was there for my first oil change/tire rotation on my 23 Navigator Black Label. The staff was extremely polite and professional. My Navigator was serviced and detailed in a little over an hour. Never have I been treated like royalty when getting my vehicle serviced. From opening doors to providing snacks the treatment was special. I will certainly come back to Pugmire Lincoln.”

“Russell was able to come over the very next day on a mobile service call. The work that he does is comparable to a watchmaker in terms of patience and attention to detail. He has a firm understanding of the fluidity of metal on a body panel and the difference between aluminum and steel characteristics (I had dents on both types). Super nice fella who communicated everything that was going on when I occasionally checked in on him. Pricing was very fair based on the time and expertise that was involved.”

“I found Ricky’s after my car was hit by a reckless driver. They worked with the other driver’s insurance company for me and made the process seamless and headache free. My car looks new again and they thoroughly cleaned the exterior and interior before I picked it up. They exceeded my expectations and gave me the best possible outcome for a less than desirable situation. I am so glad I found them and highly recommend them.”

“Chris knows what he’s doing, I will be using his services again. They’re not gonna nickel and dime you like Caliber Collision, they work with you with what you got and are more than reasonable in situations. One example is that he was willing to let me pick up the car early without the fender flares because they didn’t come in on time through shipping, but he was considerate of the deadline i needed it back so he was willing to let me pick the truck up and have em installed later. The place gonna be considerate of you as a family business should be. They don’t just look at you as a paycheck. Good people, good work. I won’t go anywhere else for collision repair.”

“The team at Auto Impact does a great job! Unfortunately, I am repeat customer of theirs, due to driving in metro Atlanta over the years. I have been sent to several other repair shops by insurance carriers, and none of them provides the same level of service or craftsmanship as Joey and his team in the Marietta location. My first foray dealing with Auto Impact was back in 2008, when my vehicle was caught up in the tornado downtown. The car came back looking like new. Same thing with my latest vehicle that was hit. I don't know if they are the cheapest in the area, but I do know they do great work, will keep you informed throughout the repair process, and will be very transparent if something goes wrong. I highly recommend this location and staff. Hopefully, you will never have to come here because of an auto wreck, but if you do, you will not regret choosing this place.”

“Epy took great care of us!! We needed a replacement of a door latch on our Nissan Versa. Got us in pretty quickly and we waited while the work was done. Reasonable price and friendly service. They do seem short staffed in terms of office personnel, so it can be hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Overall 4.5 stars. ?”

“I brought my car to this body shop after a collision, and it was recommended by the insurance company. I had never heard of them before, but I am so glad they pointed me in this direction. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Maddie was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone and was able to get me scheduled quickly so I could have my car repaired as soon as possible. When I arrived, Craig took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and explain everything that needed to be repaired, as well as potential issues that might not be visible until the work began. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made sure I understood the entire process. He also explained that I would receive updates throughout the repair, and he provided a realistic timeline for completion. True to his word, I received regular updates over text messages, and my car was repaired within a week. The quality of the work was excellent. When I picked up my vehicle, Craig once again took the time to walk me through everything that had been repaired and answered all of my questions. The customer service and communication were exceptional from start to finish, and the repairs look fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs. Five stars all the way!”
