“I was having the hardest time speaking with representatives over the phone with T-mobile. Very unhelpful. But when I went into the store. Canyon listened to my issue and went to work right away getting my issue resolved. As soon as Leo was finished with her customer she jumped in to assist as well. T-mobile did great with those employees. Thank you Canyon and Leo!”

“Leny is such a sweetheart! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. She took the time to explain all the details I was asking about and she never tried to sell me anything. She genuinely just help me understand what the difference would be if I wanted to stay with Metro PCS or if I wanted to switch over to T-Mobile!!! I used to not come to this location because it was awful and they made me feel pressured to buy a new phone or change my plan. Since Leny has started working here things have changed BIG time for the better! I just randomly walked in here today because I noticed that there was somebody different working at the front desk, so I wanted to see if things have gotten better and I am very glad I stopped in the store!!!! Leny is amazing!!! She has amazing customers skills, doesn't try to pressure you into anything, she is very informative and you can tell she cares about the employees and her job!!!! If you have questions or concerns please go inside to see her or call to speak with her. She's great at what she does....amazing customer service skills!!!

She needs a raise lol!!! Poor girl was the only one working. She was tending to me w/all my questions, and helping a couple of other customers, plus taking calls, and dealing with UPS dropping stuff off.......like she for sure knows how to multitask!!!! Metro By T-Mobile needs to know how lucky they are to have an employee like Leny!!!!”

“It is very rare that I come out of a store and think "wow, that exceeded my expectations" but this target did it. It's like a mix between a regular Target, Walmart, Kroger, and Trader Joe's. They have produce, they have dry goods, they have variety, they have your regular target sections. I was simply impressed. I even saw some Asian pears which is super rare to see at any of those stores. Found some protein oatmeal, pumpkin spice cheerios that I haven't been able to find since last fall, etc. we were only in the area for my son's football game but the next time we are at that park we will be visiting this target for sure!”

I wanted to let the store know that he helped me more than he knows just by being kind to me and getting us in and out in a hurry, which I told him right away I just want to buy the phone. No changes no upgrades. He was not pushy, but he did go over all my options and was honest about everything. Which I appreciate. He helped me pay off what I had left on my old phone and upgrade to a new phone. I was having a horrible day, and that interaction with him really
