“I had a great experience with the two managers from Rent-A-Center who delivered and set up my washer and dryer. They were professional, respectful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before they left, and they took the time to explain everything to me. It was refreshing to receive such great customer service from people who truly seemed to care about doing their job well. They made the entire delivery and setup process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Rent-A-Center is lucky to have these managers (Mr Will - Mr Bryan and Ms Melissa oh let’s not forget Deon who answered the phone on Thursday) . on their team! I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ll be back I promise ya !! I was in need and yall helped and delivered so fast . I’m so happy to wash tonight omg !! Love y’all !!!”

“Pretty nice location. Staff is pretty friendly. My daughter was looking for a needoh and the blonde young girl at the front, I didn't catch her name. Was very nice and made sure no adults who are resellers took too many. We were able to get one, She deserves praise for her help.”

“Good phone service, but why are they charging 25 extra dollars if someone forgot to pay their bill by one day? I could understand if service continued after non-payment, but it does not. It works like straight talk. So why are we charging people like its at&t, to reactivate a phone line? Not even 24 hours after the month of service was up? Times are hard enough and annoying enough without fees tagged onto to everything.”
