“Great independent shipping and packing service. Lots of options, quiet calm location, great customer service, and supporting a local business instead of just a large corporate location.”

“Great UPS Store. Knowledgeable people. I know that my package with UPS more than likely going to be delivered. Better costs than USPS. USPS and FedEx will more than likely lose my package if not take forever to deliver it.”

“Literally the best shipping company I’ve ever worked with! This was a very complex pickup and ship of a large, valuable, art object, complicated at multiple levels by issues completely independent of the shipping itself. Nonetheless, the team at Craters and Freighters ALWAYS went the extra mile in helping me to resolve these problems. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Had a missing package and called usps. The individual on the phone was very nice and helpful. She took all my information, talked to my route mail carrier, and promised a follow up. They found my package and called me back to inform me it had been found and placed in my box. Very impressed with the service! Thank you so much!!!”

“I dropped off a prepaid return here with no problems at all. This FedEx is inside Walmart near customer service. The people who say it doesn't exist are incorrect. Google, you should allow users to report inaccurate reviews. You don't have a category for that.”
