Used the atm, it gave me a error text and would give me back my card 🙃. Had to go inside to have them help me with the problem. Came back outside people were using the atm as if nothing was wrong with it. I told the manager that someone now has my card. This branch needs to have more qualified individuals to handle our banking needs. The training program must be so terrible that they cannot train people correctly. Been in this bank for 5 years with a lot of money on it with out interest. Trying to get CD but the lady in charge just rude and bully and not helping me. Panning to switch different bank and closed my account soon!!!
