I’ve been to about 7 & this is easily the best one. Jesse is by far the most friendly & professional manager in the automotive repair industry I’ve ever met, & human being at that. She made it feel like she truly cared about my safety & experience & even my wallet. I can hardly say the same for the majority of shops I’ve been to here. I’ve been to many shops throughout my life because of my father who bought & flipped cars as a side hustle all throughout his adult life. Everybody there is very nice, went above & beyond to make sure I was pleased & taken care of. They asked all the right questions & had informative answers to my questions which made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle there for its repairs. I was greeted with a smile & was left with a fantastic first impression. The tires were just slightly overpriced but the quality of work & speed greatly made up for it & was quite impressive compared to the other experiences I’ve had in the past in the metro area. This experience has truly revived my hope in the automotive industry. Please bring your vehicle here, you will never bring it to another shop again, & that’s what we want!!!”

“New post 7/25: I broke down on the 400 in traffic- had my vw Touareg towed into GCR Monday afternoon and had my car back the next afternoon. $439 for a drive belt replacement. Was worried it would be thousands of dollars. Casey was excellent at keeping me informed and made sure nothing else needed review or repair. Thanks to all the staff. I came from Express Oil after my daughter’s VW developed an oil leak (noticed within a few days) after an oil change. I went back for them to correct the issue and they denied it was related. ( I had been going there for 4 yrs but all the staff has changed there)They wanted me to let them do a diagnostic for $150 then cut it in half to $75 ( would not apply to repair) I called your business while trying to decide and Mark said come on in and he would just look for free. It was a wrong oil plug! Your staff replaced it with the correct one, cleaned the engine and replaced the oil. Fixed it for $90 while I waited. So thankful and very trustworthy in my book!! We will be back as needed.”

My car was over heating and my husband chose to take my car to get checked out to Automotive Profession Repair. They found a crack in the radiator, even showed it to us and gave us a fair trustworthy price for the work! I left and the car started to overheat and of course i got worried….
