“I had spent several weeks looking for a first car for our youngest son. I started with Facebook Marketplace and had marked down a few that I was interested in. Everything I looked at was not fully up to my expectations until I came to Premier Auto Trader and looked at a 2012 Volkswagen Passat they had for sell, then I'm glad I ran into these guys! I absolutely couldn't believe how great a condition the vehicle was in! The engine was clean, I couldn't find a scratch on the body, the interior was perfect, and it drove wonderfully! I was so sure that I wanted this vehicle and that I wanted to purchase it from these guys that I went and got a check shortly after and made the purchase official! Unlike other used car dealers that jam pack their cars bumper to bumper in a tight parking lot, it was obvious that they are picky on what vehicles the bring in and make sure they are in tip top shape before listing. “My wife and I actually bought a '14 Honda Accord back in Sept 2017. Didn't write a review then. But after dealing with a different used car dealership recently when buying a car for teenage son, I realized how much better of a dealership Buy Smart Motors is. Keen is very laid back. No pressure AT ALL! He let the car speak for itself. After taking the car to my mechanic, the mechanic advised that there were several things that the previous owner neglected to do such as change air filter and some other stuff. I did drop another $1k into the car, which didn't bother me much because the car was at least $1k less than others of the same caliber. It's been 8 months and we've had no problems with the car.
