“I’ve been to this branch twice for an appointment with sweet and extremely competent Yim. She was on time for my appointment (not that I’d mind if it ran a little late, but it didn’t). She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was handled professionally and I was in/out in about 35 minutes both times.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for quite a long time now and always recommend them to people. I have managed my father’s account, the account through the company I used to work for, mine (obviously), and now my mom’s through WF. So I’ve run across a lot of different types of things happening, like credit card fraud or someone trying to get into an account and WF is seriously THE BEST bank to deal with. Though that’s not why I came this time, I’m just getting off subject.
