“Very professional and quick loan process. Brookwood employees treat you as an individual instead of a credit score. Out of all my loan companies, they are my favorite. I never had to worry if I asked them to modify my payment date and their loan payment is very reasonable and wont break your bank account.”

“I bank with three different banks. I hardly go into branches anymore. I recently had to visit this branch to get a new debit card and then a second time to open an account with my daughter. Try calling the number provided and waited more then 30 mins for someone to pick up but no response. So decided to go to this branch to see what's up. After some time of info and waiting, the Banker Sarah was excellent when providing the help. Paid attention to the issue, make sure I understood everything and pretty much outgoing. Then 2 days ago she found out that money had been withdrawn from her account illegally. I called Zach and was happy that he remembered us, I mean he helps lots of people everyday, I was impressed! He steered us in the right direction and the issue was quickly resolved.
