“They made a mistake with their gas which was out of their control. They could have handled it a lot of ways but what they did was the right thing. They owned the mistake, they owned the issue and they absolutely took ownership of the issue. The owner of this establishment is a class act and is what we should all hope for in this world. He was a apologetic and wanted to make it right. I will be taking my business there because I know they care about their customers and care about what is the right thing to do. “My husband and I both use South Bay Car Wash Services and have always had wonderful service. The touchless automatic drive thru is wonderful because it is just that ~ TOUCHLESS ~ and I’d never use one any other way. When I have the time to detail my car myself, I’m always confident your brushes are clear of any debris that might cause a scratch. I’m very particular because my husband and I both drive high end cars… Porsches. And there’s always a vacuum available for my finish up. If I’ve ever had any issue with anything AT ALL, the manager at this location is always there to help. And he has helped me more than once ~ no matter what! He’s friendly and professional! Please give him a nice Christmas bonus. He’s WONDERFUL ? I feel so safe at this car wash and have never had any trouble whatsoever! IMHO it’s the best self serv car wash in Cumming!!”
“Really nice kind people and willing to help strangers like me! My ford escape got “transmission fault” warning when we drove by this gas station. I stopped the car and came into the store in hope to buy a pliers and a funnel so I can open up the fluid cap and add some transmission fluid. The owner gave me two paper funnels and his pliers to use! I was so happy that I stopped by this Shell gas station and met such wonderful people! He saved my day and made my unfortunate night unforgettable!”
“The Kroger fuel center is great! First I enjoy getting my per gallon price reduced based on all the grocery’s I buy in Kroger. It’s so nice to pull up get out and put your phone number in and get .40$ or whatever off the price per gallon. The cost of gas is horrible these days and this is so refreshing to get a reduced price. They also have the ad a tech or the stuff for you keeping your engine clean. Not sure if it works or not. But I but it ever so often. It’s also nice you can purchase soda or other soft drinks while getting your gas. They also have lottery tickets which saves me time by not having to go somewhere else for them. I have in the pass purchased cigarettes out here as well for my spouse, but he has quit!!!! So now I don’t have too. But if you need cigarettes, lottery tickets, oil, snacks, drinks or other things they have it here while you are getting your gas! The people in the booth are always very friendly and customer oriented as well!”

“Very convenient for "Verizon Wireless Amphitheater" . "Very friendly staff" and they got each and everything in the store. On top of that there is taco place called "Taqueria" I will recommend 100% for sure. Gas price are very competitive with quality. Do visit ones”

“RaceTrac is my favorite convenience store and l've been to so many across the state of Georgia; from Fort Olglethorpe to Macon, etc. Appreciate the covered outdoor, indoor seating at some stores —the RaceTrac atmosphere, employees are always nice and professional, stores, restrooms are generally clean.
I also love the RaceTrac app that allows a consumer like me to save a bit of money on a variety of products, including hot food items and the fuel club alerts on special deals, games, prizes and free giveaways!
Don't have a favorite store location; as all the stores are awesome with some really cool features! But, the RaceTrac store at 1385 McFarland Parkway stands out from the rest.
Whenever I pull up at the pump, it feels like I'm in a park. The shrubs, tree density at this location is spectacular. I sometimes wander around the grounds just to gaze at the beautiful trees blowing in the wind or clapping their hands and it's so relaxing.
The management and team at this location are wonderful and always welcoming/professional. Store is always clean and restrooms are spotless.
There's a lot of traffic at this location, customers are kind, courteous - it always feels like I'm coming home when I visit — think it's the beauty of all the trees on; and surrounding this location.
I absolutely enjoy RaceTrac!”
