“I have been to both of the official Verizon store on Epps Bridge Road Athens, GA, as well as the Verizon zone store on West Broad. I have found both Nick and Elise (and one of the person whose name I don’t recall) to always be super helpful, very competent, efficient in all that they do! In particular, during this recent upgrade of iPhone and Apple Watch, new iPad, as well as a phone trade-in process, Elise helped me across a couple of visits and several phone calls to get everything done. She is amazing! She knows her stuff, especially about Apple products, is patient and pleasant and great to work with. Highly recommend this Verizon store in Athens!!”

“If you want an AWESOME manager ran Cricket store look no further. Sarah is Absolutely the BEST!! She helped me right after 5 customers had just left and had to contact customer service because the Cricket Sim card was not working in my At&t Z Fold 3 phone I bought from At&t. She was able to contact not only her Supervisor Andrew who I spoke too and was very understanding but also the Owner Edgar who Absolutely helps new customers in his store. He made sure I didnt go to Verizon or Sprint or whoever and kept me with the Cricket family. “I like this location but customer service and the photo is the worse. I always have to stand for a long time and call while I am standing at the photo center for someone to come help assist me to get my pictures. Someone is usually at customer service desk but they seem to have a problem acknowledging customers at that area to help in assisting them. Sunday 7/23/2018 you should go back that morning and pull your cameras to watch. So many staff members seeing me just standing there and no one offers to help”
