“I walked in the store believing my phone was broken. Matt was At the counter and smiled at me, probably because of the look of frustration on my face. I handed him my phone and he was able to power it off which I was not able to do. Evidently, when your phone updates, it can sometimes freeze. He showed me what to do if this ever happened again and I left the showroom with a smile on my face. Thanks Matt for making my day!”

“I just want to say definitely shout out to heidi hope im spelling her name correctly my phone had been messed up for almost two months now the new device was still messed up i came back to tmobile she called customer care for me we did all the troubleshooting they assisted for us to do she was very patient i was at tmobile for 2 hours i definitely was discouraged but when i left suddenly tmobile was able to correct the issue i called her back thanking her for being so patient it was such a long process all the people in there were nice and were doing what they can to get my new phone working nice location !”

“My husband and I walked into the store at Epps Ridge Road over two weeks ago after spending three months trying to resolve an issue as new customers with AT&T. We had been to numerous stores and talked to agents via the telephone also on numerous occasions with no help to resolve two separate issues. After initially going in the store and speaking with someone else, we were referred to Stuart, the store manager. Stuart was able to help with our problem within just a few minutes of sharing the issues with him. He was, throughout our conversation, very engaging, professional and personable.

“After visiting the AT&T location at Epps Bridge, I was unfortunately met with a manager who was very rude and unwelcoming. I left feeling more like a bother than a customer, and my issues were still unresolved.
The very next day, my husband and I visited the AT&T location on Hwy 29, and the experience was completely different thanks to Drelyn. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a huge smile and such positive energy. He spent a significant amount of time helping me set up my phone and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience.
Because of the amazing customer service he provided, I ended up purchasing a watch through him as well. A few days later, I returned for help setting it up, and once again he went above and beyond to assist me.
Drelyn truly made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Hwy 29 location to anyone needing help or looking for exceptional customer service!”
