The atmosphere is warm, friendly, inviting, and peaceful with minimal background noise. It is quiet and a good area for getting work done or for artists. The store has a great selection of books, merch, art supplies, and journals. The cafe is a plus, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, courteous, cordial, and helpful. Employees are well-trained and knowledgeable. The store is clean with comfortable chairs. This location is a favorite for many years, enjoyed by multiple generations. It is currently closing soon, with many items on sale.

I ordered a book about running on the phone. This Barnes & Noble only had one in stock. I asked the clerk to hold the book for one day. When I arrived at the customer service desk the next day, my book was waiting for me. The checkout process was clean and sweet. I received excellent customer service.
