I was surprised that this location is only a kiosk. Dac completely made this experience one to remember. He was patient kind and very knowledgeable when dealing with my son. This young man’s personality alone is worth 5 stars

I am 27 years old and at my big age, I still feel the magic. I came in with my sisters to create a memorable bear. Kiana was our host and she was phenomenal. With us coming in with an hr left before they closed, She didn’t skip any steps in the creation of our furry friends. She was so friendly, upbeat, & personable.
