Build-A-Bear Workshop Atlanta allows guests to create a unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. A custom voice recording can add an extra special touch to any furry friend. The location also hosts PAWsome parties for birthdays or other events, which include a customized furry friend and a Special Heart ceremony. The store offers a special and memorable experience. However, it is noted that it is no longer a store front but in the middle of the walkway, is much smaller, and has a smaller selection. Multiple reviews highlight top tier, amazing, and sweet customer service from friendly, upbeat, and personable hosts who ensure a good experience even on busy days. The staff are described as phenomenal, great, informative, and kind, making the experience magical and fun for kids and adults alike.
There was an issue with my order but Star was sure to solve the matter and made my daughter’s day. It’s her Birthday! Thanks again, Star ⭐💫

Had the best experience buying a toy for my nephew. Kierra is an absolute gem. She was so sweet and friendly and made it such a sweet experience for me. And the bear came out so great. Shout out to Kierra. Thanks Kierra.

Although I wish this wasn’t a kiosk location, i’ve come on two separate occasions while Kiana worked there and she is AMAZING. I keep returning to this location solely because of her customer service and patience. Thank you Kiana!
