Naturally, I returned to GIM to specify my friend's new PC. GIM is always very helpful with specifying the best components for the needs of the user. They don't do a one fits all solution. They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. I can't imagine ever buying a new PC and getting one serviced anyplace else but GIM.”

Also if I need my computer issues addressed, I always call Julie, who is very humble, and very professional, and she does what she says she will do. She doesn't overcomplicate things, but it's professional and completes the work in a timely manner. Give them a call, or visit the store, I'm sure they can help you out with your technical issues.”
“My iPhone 13 Pro Max screen had a little water damage and stop responding. I called maybe 20 places that fix phones and a lot of the prices started at $260 , the highest was $339. I called phone max , didn’t get an answer but they texted me and told me a price which included a free screen protector and a 90 warranty. I pulled up , he Fixed my phone in under 30 mins and it came with a free phone case . Saved so much money going with phone max”
“Grateful for my experience here today. While I was hoping to repair my son’s phone, after finding out it would cost more to repair, it was obvious that a new phone was necessary. Jacob walked us through our options and made the new purchase seamless! He made sure to get us the best deal and also walked us through the process to have the new phone ready to walk out the door. I had a 16:45 appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. I still waited 30 minutes before speaking with support staff.
You can walk-in without an appointment, but it may take a couple of hours before you speak with support tech.”
