Terrible company at ALL levels. The store clerks are ignorant and find creative ways to NOT do their jobs and customer service is a JOKE. A 2 hour wait just to get through to them only to have another 2+ hour wait to reach the warranty department and then when they FINALLY answer, THEY disconnect the call SMH.
