I'm disappointed in Cricket Wireless I have been a customer for over 15 yrs my cellphone wouldn't power on for almost a month They didn't want to give me any breaks on my service plan and I couldn't do a lot of things without my cellphone the representative just kept saying $53 wthy

TO PREVENT SIM CARD SWAP SCAM ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS NUMBER ,IF IT RINGS AND SOMEONE ANSWERS THEN DON'T SWAP THE F----- SIM CARD !
