“Amazing audio store with gear in stock that you can hear (and hear about) from people that love hifi. Dave was patient and knew all about each system we listened to. They have 5-6 listening rooms each setup with different systems. There are a dozen headphones displayed to listen to. I found out later that HiFi Buys is considered of the best audio stores in the country and it is right here. Definitely worth a visit if you love music and hifi.”

“Good customer service really does MATTER!!!! My elderly father always seems to break his little flip phone and normally when he does we go to the Metro Store right across the street from The Westend Mall. But on the last couple of times when his phone broke we went somewhere else. And if it didn’t seemed like we were getting overcharged the service rep just came off rude. This time though when he broke his phone we went back to The Metro Store across from The WestEnd Mall. Wow what a difference,….. the service Rep Taliah was so nice, courteous, and why did it seem like we got the same phone but for half the price Lol. Ms Taliah bought me up to dates on some gas savings and restaurant savings I can receive on my phone plan and I got a free Samsung Tablet for my father so he can listen to his music. Thank you so much Ms Taliah!!!! Best customer service in The WestEnd and ATL for SURE!!”

“Last Sunday afternoon was one of the worse days for me. So many things had gone wrong for me that day, I had actually broken down and cried. I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. Alejandra even gave me a hug and reassured me that it would be ok. The kindness those two young ladies showed me, honestly helped encourage me to get through the rest of the day. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond!”
“Great Best Buy! A little heavy on the flagship models for most tech with a small selection of value models, which leaves the midline lacking. All the employees in the PC department are awesome, though!
