“Amazing audio store with gear in stock that you can hear (and hear about) from people that love hifi. Dave was patient and knew all about each system we listened to. They have 5-6 listening rooms each setup with different systems. There are a dozen headphones displayed to listen to. I found out later that HiFi Buys is considered of the best audio stores in the country and it is right here. Definitely worth a visit if you love music and hifi.”

“I needed to have my QSC KS118 sub repaired under warranty and Wizard Electronics was one of three local QSC authorized repair options. I called all three, with the other two telling me honestly that it would be 7-10 days before a diagnosis could be made. Wizard told me they could do it that day. I crossed my fingers, braved Atlanta traffic, drove it over, and dropped it off. As I was unloading the beast, a worker noticed and had the door propped open for me as I approached. Now I waited. I got a call the next morning informing me that the issue/s had been diagnosed and that the parts had been ordered from QSC. I had been warned by all three repair shops that parts were potentially back ordered and that it likely would be a lengthy process. I decided to wait a week before checking back in to see the status. Before I could call back, I received another call telling me that my order was ready for pickup!!! I was super impressed to say the least. I’ve tested the sub since picking it up and it is once again awesome! I would highly recommend Wizard Electronics. An awesome experience all around!”

“In the age where customer service has seemingly become obsolete, my T-Mobile experience at the Roswell Road(Sandy Springs) location has renewed my hope. Of any T-Mobile associate encounter(in person or phone), Broderick’s level of service surpassed and was glaringly different. He was very patient, personable, and most of all SOLUTION ORIENTED!! Of course I wasn’t the only customer, but he was aware how to appropriately balance his time between customers. Thank you Broderick for your calm demeanor and fantastic assistance!”

“Last Sunday afternoon was one of the worse days for me. So many things had gone wrong for me that day, I had actually broken down and cried. I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. Alejandra even gave me a hug and reassured me that it would be ok. The kindness those two young ladies showed me, honestly helped encourage me to get through the rest of the day. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond!”
