“Jimmy is amazing! I ordered a radio for my car and the wiring wasn’t compatible. Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. The price was great and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and Jimmy!”

I was somewhat reluctant to go to this Iocation because of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try since it was in my sister's neighborhood. I'm so glad we did. Ms. Green provided excellent customer service. My sister was transferring her service to Metro and the process took a while to complete, given several challenges that we experienced with AT&T. She did not allow me to leave until we had answers on why and what to do next to get my daughter’s phone activated . She helped tremendously and she literally didn’t have to . I spoke to over 5 representatives and saw 4 reps IN STORE & not one of them seemed interested in truly helping even after one of them created the error in the first place . “I am delighted that I finally was able to purchase a new phone on this day! There were maybe 3-4 ppl that was in front of me. But the wait was only maybe 10-15mins. The associates did wear masks and kept respectful distances. They were friendly, able to multitask sufficiently and patiently answered all my concerns. My sales rep. Was Samantha. She was through with my initial meet to the end of the sale. I recommend her because she was the only one that helped. Shout out to the Store Manager listening and being supportive for both me and her. I will recommend this Tmobile because you are in and out in a reasonable time. Also they do actively listen to your concerns about your account. When I am on this side of town, I will stop by if I have any phone/account concerns. The only thing I wished they had were kiosks to pay your phone bill. Other than that Keep it up the Good Work Tmobile Store #9031!”
