Went to drop off a package but wouldn’t take it cause their “bin was full” really making a “depotdifference” but in the bad kind of way.

Shipped a laptop and a charger but recipient reports only the charger arrived. Tried to get support but was routed through FedEx online system which was not helpful. Will plan to stop by store.

Don’t take parcel more than 1 foot tall. You can’t drop off as their cart is small!!
