It was like entering the end of a play. All actors I mean sales reps seemed like they were dragged in to work. Christmas here seemed like a humbug. One or two sales rep was carrying the entire team. C

Wanted a coat. But there was a DJ spinning the tunes in the store. The volume literally drove me out. No big deal. Who wants customers like me anyway. Lets count it as a success guys. Don't change a thing. (Found a great selection of coats at Dillards)

This is a nice Macy's. They have a huge selection and I never really have trouble finding anything in-store (especially if i've seen it online). My biggest critique is that they never have enough cashiers. I'm always searching for assistance in departments.
